I dont often write a review but this hotel is worth every penny thst we spent . The room is big and can sleep up to 4 people, very clean and modern . Just some steps from the station and market . The staffs are so nice , friendly. this is the best hotel I had during the tip in Switzerland

A nice cozy hotel and I like the hospitality of the guy who helped us with the checked-in. The staff all were friendly. Don’t expect so much on the breakfast.

We reached Intelaken early and the hotel reception was nice to allow us an early check-in. Although the exterior of the hotel is old, however, I was surprised when I went into the room. It is newly renovated and very tasteful. It is clean and I love that they have a rack to hang our jackets when we enter the room. The room comes with a nice balcony over looking the roundabout. Amenties: Hotel provide free coffee and hot chocolate at the hotel lobby (great for waiting). They even have a portable water tap that I use to fill my bottles (buying bottled water in Switzerland is expensive). Breakfast: Usual spread (scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausages). They have a great coffee machine and I will drink at least 2 cups of black coffee during breakfast. They even have a nice view of the Swiss alps which makes a great start to our day.

Staff names Doreen is very friendly and helpful. She did an outstanding job. Thank you so much love this place. It's near Interaken west train station and bus stops, shoping center, Harder Kum.

Hotel is great , breakfast is good, near to the railway station

The room is clean and bright, with a balcony with a great view. The breakfast is very rich, and the service attitude of the staff is very good. The location is very good, very close to interlaken west, great accommodation experience.

When checking in, I met a fat old man. He was very grumpy. As soon as he spoke, he shouted at people. He asked for the passport and the credit card. After I handed in the credit card, he took it in. I don't know what he was doing. We stretched out our heads on the side to see what was going on and he shouted at us again. He also complains that the work is too tired and that there are so many people every day. It's so annoying.

The room is big enough for our family for 4 people. The location is good and really close to Interlaken west station(1min to get to there). The staff is nice and friendly and gave us some suggestions to walk around Interlaken. The breakfast is ok, but no more choice of the food.

the best location ever you can find in Interlaken west. and perfect view, i have a really nice sleep there.
