Bed and pillows are superb. Just like Westin hotels. Location is great by the river tamar. Car park is good.

Pretty interesting architecture ide, renewing these four historical silos into a modern yet classy hotel room. Love the service and atmosphere, especially the breakfast at The Grains was fantastic.

Lovely stay - hotel was super clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We had a fantastic view from the room not to mention Archie the hotel pup was adorable.

Was fantastic in every way. Started off with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and everything thereafter was superb. Would recommend this hotel a million times over. Absolutely great

Absolutely worst experience ever! I was stuck at the key collection and my code is invalid even though that was instructed in the hotel email last four digit of mobile number followed by #. Booking Identifier: ***************. Called the hotlines multiple times and a kind man from the museum tried to call the manager but all went to voicemail. It was late and cold and after waiting for a few hours and no damn response we had to book another hotel! Please at least respond it has been 2 days what the hell. Zero customer service zero responsibility. Process the refund if you see this damn lousy **** management. Worst hotel experience ever do not stay there if you wish to have a nice seamless experience with help from the hotel. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Big rooms good bathroom and very clean. Restaurant is also very good. Our second visit and will certainly return

An excellent hotel value for money. The location is by the river and the view is magnificent. The rooms are large and all essential amenities are included.

We loved our stay here but there were a few things we thought could have been done better. Firstly no alarm clock, no bed side lights and the Television was extremely small. The Gym have got no weighing scale. Besides that we love everything about the hotel. This is not a complain it’s just our point of view and we would love it if it’s there in the room.

Best staff, beautiful and quiet. Easy access. Great food. Perfect.

Nice environment. Have a large playground near the hotel.
