This B&B is 100% the best stay we have had in the UK. Robert and Ruth are the most gracious, personable, and caring folks we have met. They are keen to your needs and more than willing to help. The breakfasts were elegant and delicious. We will remember our time Robert and Ruth fondly!

What a find the Rossmount B&B was! Centrally located just a short walk to the heartbeat of Inverness, Rossmount is elegant, charming, and comfortable. The breakfasts are among the best I’ve had in Scotland - with a bounty of locally sourced jams and curds complementing a stellar feast. Robert - “the man, the myth, the legend” as his apron attests - was a delight and the source of some awesome stories. I can’t recommend the Rossmount B&B enough.

Simply wonderful hosts...Robert and Ruth are great people who make travelling a fun experience...breakfasts were top notch and the facilities ( bed, bathroom, library) were all above expectations...will get back there one day for sure. Check out the historic prison right behind their lane too...

This is not one of those places that tolerates dogs, they love dogs! Every time my dog met the owners she received another treat. The guesthouse itself is lovely clean and modern, and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The owners are very chatty, funny and helpful as well as full of suggestions on places to visit. The breakfasts are cooked to order and are amazing, with high quality ingredients used throughout. I'd gladly return again, and would highly recommend to others

Ruth and Robert are the most delightful B&B hosts. Their B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town. We walked from the train station (about a 10 minute walk up the hill) to Rossmount Guest House and Ruth came out to greet us at the corner as we approached. Their dog Milo made a brief appearance to welcome us too! Very cute! Our accommodations were very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was made to order and delicious! Kudos to chef Ruth! Robert (the man, the myth, the legend!) is a hoot - very friendly and great sense of humor. They were very accommodating in letting us store our luggage until we departed in the afternoon for our Caledonian Canal cruise pick up time. Robert kindly and graciously gave us a ride to the pick up location for our canal cruise. Exceptional place to stay while in Inverness.

Stayed here in August for a wedding and can't fault a thing. A lovley welcome from the owner and nice clean space plenty of room for us to get ready for the wedding. Breakfast was top notch plenty choice both hot or cold breakfast. Would recommend anyone coming to inverness to stay here. Also there is parking around the back of the guest house which is perfect. All in all fantastic stay.

A beautiful place to stay in Inverness! Great location - a short walk to the central area of Inverness, and on a nice quiet street. Robert & Ruth are wonderful hosts - they were very hospitable and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms are cozy, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast is very tasty. Definitely recommend, and would love to return!!

The rooms were very comfortable, very clean and had all of the right amenities. The hosts, Robert and Ruth, were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed talking to Robert every morning and loved being greeted by their dog, Milo. The Rossmount is in a very good location on a quiet street, within walking distance of Inverness restaurants and shops. Breakfast was cooked to order and well prepared. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful room in a magnificent old house. Old in a good way! Fresh and clean and room and bathroom top class. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a B&B and Robert and Ruth and Milo were great hosts. Don’t hesitate in booking this one. (Only a block from city and nearby pubs though so quiet). That’s if you can get a vacancy!
