Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

Ok, first of all for those unfamiliar with the Premier Inn brand this is a budget hotel. Inverness can be very busy during peak tourist times and prices do sometimes reflect this, but it does have budget facilities. The location is excellent in the centre of town and near loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are basic but spacious and clean. Staff were excellent, we were staying for the marathon and they put on an early breakfast for those participating. Definitely a recommend place to stay.

Marie epitomised the helpful, cheerful and hard working attitude that virtually all Premier Inn staff exude finding us a room with a walk-in shower instead of the allocated shower over bath (no help if a user has two broken wrists). Stayed on two separate nights and rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Convenient for railway station, shops, restaurants and pubs. Thank you to all staff. Only complaint was that, for September, rooms were expensive.

Great place to stay if you’re doing the North Coast 500. It has all you need to keep to happy and warm! Very quiet, helpful staff and great location. We had a meal in the restaurant which was tasty. Overall recommend if you’re looking for a cheap but nice hotel!

We stayed at the Premier River Ness before and after a three-day tour of the North Coast 500. The hotel has an excellent location which is an easy walk from the train station or to the Cathedral which is the start / end point for many bus tours. The staff was exceptional. They were happy to hold our excess luggage while we were on our tour. The food & beverage department does a great job, which is unusual for many mid-priced hotels. The room was extremely comfortable. The room was very comfortable. Bedding, towels, bath facilities were all very good and well maintained.

We had some unusual requirements for storage of bikes and having to leave very early in the morning. All staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. We were even given breakfast extra early to catch the early train. We felt that we were a nuisance but the staff NEVER gave us that impression. They have a great team there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. the location is perfect right on the bank of the river so ideal for a morning run. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and room just as you would expect from a Premier Inn - clean and all you need for a basic stay. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, so ideal for rail travellers.
