AC Hotel Inverness recensioner

The room I had for my first night had a constant whistling sound from the air vent, it was quite loud at night. When I asked to change to a different room, I was told all rooms have the same issue and it's how the building being built, nothing they can do about it. When I complaint to the front desk the next morning, the front desk staff was very helpful, I was given a different room which hasn't got the same whistling sound but a low humming noise. Other than the noise issue, I am happy with everything else. Not for people who are sensitive to sound and light sleepers.

I’m so happy to have stayed at AC Inverness! My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay—the room was comfortable, and the cost-performance ratio was great. One experience that left a deep impression on me happened when we were about to leave. We were in a rush to catch a bus and very hungry, so we bought some quick meals from a nearby convenience store but had no way to heat. I went to the hotel bar on the first floor for help and met Ismail, a staff member (an elderly gentleman). He was incredibly kind and helped us heat our food. He even worried that we didn’t have utensils and provided them for us. I was truly touched by his kindness. Encounters like this while traveling far from home are incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much, Ismail! I will definitely stay at AC Inverness again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was ... beyond amazing. It was right smack next to the river and the hotel was so beautiful. Being in inverness itself was alrdy so great but this hotel made it better.

The room was clean and had a nice river view. The window latch was broken so pretty unsafe The toilet wasn’t that clean and some leftover from previous occupant was also not cleaned.

Nice and clean room, just next to the seaside, many choices of restaurants and bars with around 5-10 mins walk, just a pity my time schedule is tight that didn’t have a chance to try their breakfast buffet, and its location is not hard to find , probably a good choice to stay👍🏽

One of the best hotels in Inverness, great location and room which is new with good decor and amenities. Service is standard with no frills

The venue is super nice, location is super close to everything, the venue is clean! I had just an issue in which one of the days i asked my room to be cleaned but they didnt do it because it seemed there was a miscommunication when saying my room number (english is not my first language) but the staff was very nice and made the best they could to apologise for the inconvenience.

Fantastic hotel with classy rooms. Parking is limited though. Good and drinks were excellent.

Generally acceptable and clean hotel. However, I was almost tricked by being given a room that’s “HALF-CUT” by the rooftop. Essentially an attic (picture 1) at first. There are actually plenty of normal empty rooms being cleaned as I could see walking to the elevator. I asked the front desk if I could be re-arranged and they gave me another room. Pretty bad experience as I felt discriminated and tricked for unknown reason. I asked a fellow customer who checked in around the same day and he didn’t get allocated the attic room.

Hotel clean and new. Parking horrible. After getting fined for parking temporarily to offload luggage, had2drive few kilometres away to park

It was a last minute booking and did not disappoint. Excellent stay to visit Inverness
