Overall hotel is very clean n location is at the centre, just the swimming pool is a bit dirty. Should maintain frequesntly

NOT AS PICTURED. Accommodation is not as good as advertised. When we checked in at 9pm, the bathroom was wet and the faucet was leaking. The bathroom door also not in good condition. Management should ensure that everything is ready to welcome the guest and in good condition. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also not good, the walls and floor are not washed clean. The furnishings and bedding are also not as good as the price paid, there are stains marks on the bed sheets. towels are worn-out and small in size. Please provide better quality and comfortable bedding and towels. Note to Guest: Please read carefully the rules and policy. Check out time and deposit RM300 (refund within 7days). The building also not in good maintenance. Dirty floor, rubbish not cleaned. Self check in, check out proses not smooth, complicated. Overall, bad experience, not recommended and not coming again.

Location good, fast response from host too, cleanliness can be better but overall is okay. Definitely recommend this

Management was friendly and easy communications via Whatsapp. Rate: 8.5/10 Self check in Security is friendly Room was great, clean, new, simplicity yet well furnished with plates. Utensils, cups, snacks & water. Rooftop with 360 views, Poolside, Games Room, Gym, function room . (sadly when we chevkin, pool was closed for maintenance) Amenities Surronding : Many food and ahops within e vicinity. Nearby to many must visit area. Grabs/In DRive apps are easily avail.

Poor: 1. No stove to cook 2. No washer/dryer 3. Deposit too high (RM 300) but will take more than 1 week to return.  4. Very little drinking water  5. Storage areas (kitchenware smelly)  6. Limited access cars to only 1. So, it’s either whole family must go out or all stay inside. Trouble to go out and go to pool area at the same time.

Good Apartment! Everything you need. A nice free of charge infinity pool. A lot of food options in walking distance. We could recommend the breakfast roti place near by! Would come again!

Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay with family for few days. We like the cleanliness’s of the apartment. Facilities good and really helpful. Will come again soon.

準備有房間都不錯。下次有機會再過來，還繼續住這個酒店，服務還是非常周到。再門有人帶我們上房間。服務的比較好

房間很大，應該是新裝修的。不知道為什麼不考慮裝一些USB端口。服務很好，一直積極溝通。
