Artworks Hotel Ipoh recensioner

It is about 20min walking way to old town Ipoh. Surrounding is quite silent and good for relaxing. The room is clean and value for money. Recommend for this hotel if you stay in Ipoh.

Such a pleasant stay and the room is great and very clean ^^ the staff pick up the phone super fast too

Strategic location, a lot of parking place, fairly clean hotel but I think can improve better. It was a good stay from me.

Strategic location, nearby the Ipoh town. Plenty of parking spaces which is good. It’s just the room is full of mould smell, which is abit uncomfortable to me.

I was at room 215 for 4 nights and the stay was adequate. Daily housekeeping was very consistent, common areas and lobby were also kept clean. Will be good to have some sort of shelter at the pick up / drop off point so that guests can easily alight or board vehicles with their luggage. Towels provided in the room can be of better quality. Overall a satisfactory and value for money accommodation in Ipoh :)

Very spacious room and clean room. Comfortable bed and air conditioning is cool.

Hotel is new Clean All is well. Nothing to complain or to shout about.

Good location of hotel. Booked for the parking space. Room is clean, tv is android. Hot water was very hot.

The hotel is nice and location is ok. But the amenities is lacking. There were 7 TV channels but 5 of these are malay channels. The 6th channel is an animal documentary channel. The last channel is an English cartoon channel. No English or Chinese movies or news channels at all.. The lobby of the hotel lacks a shelter. So if you were to arrive at the hotel in the heavy rain, good luck to you. On the whole the hotel is very clean and it is more of a boutique hotel with its unique decor and furnishings. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a small hotel and for only 15 ringgit per pax it definitely is worth it.

Very friendly customer service. Hotel was decent and value for money. Not too far from city centre. Room we had did not have windows which i would prefer.

Most of the staff are sincere and helpful. Just the management won’t appreciate regular clients . The last visit , the management even use a dirty towel for the guest to use
