Friendlyw staff, Good location, but surrounding bit lack of maintenance, anyway value for money

The room is ok for a family members of 4. Noticed there wasn’t any complimentary coffee or tea bags. Also, realized there was a used towel hung at the wardrobe. Air-con wasn’t cold as well.

Overall we are satisfy with the cleanliness of the room.

Room quiet small suitable for solo and busines traveller. Need a transport easy to grab ehailling service.

Sucks hotel ! Not recommended at all, ask for refund not allow where the basic shower room the water tap also broken ! All operated by the impolite foreigner workers

Dirty and smelly room. Balcony door broken and cannot lock. The staff told me no worry at level 3 no people will climb and go into your room. No available room and don’t want refund when room got problem. I order family room but give another room and both rooms condition also same.I checkout direct on same day .

Would say is a great budget hotel. Perfect location to all the tourist attractions. Famous Cowen St chicken rice less than 5 mins walk. The others onn kee chicken rice etc area about 10mins.. same like those concubine lane tourist attractions. Overall room is good. Just the nite, opposite hotel is nite spot area .is abit noisy as our room is facing main road. Great price ..

Terrible ! Bad attitudes of staffs The ceiling of room leaks The window of bathroom cannot closed then you will feel very cool when showers. Noisy room you will heard a lot of sounds from outside.

Location is superb 10/10 , in town centre of Brinchang . However lobby is located at 1st floor , that's confusing . Parking is limited below hotel . You may enquire Hotel for Level 1 below basement hotel or Billion parking mall using special Entry barcode . It's confusing even hotel owner and stuff didn't bother to explain . Its owner attitude is arrogant but staff is Okay 👍 . Its really worth staying here at this price , though breakfast is not included .
