1969 Business Suites @ Ipoh Garden recensioner

We checked in around 5pm. Found some rubbish and a finished coffee can on the uncleaned table left by the last guest. (pix 1 & 2) And a pair of worn slipper (pix 3) by the last guest. We informed the reception to send the house keeper to clear and wipe the table. The bell boy came to our room after 20 minutes to take pictures and when I asked him to clean the table, his reply was he needed to submit a report and he left. He returned after 10 minutes with a Broom and shovel and a dirty/unwanted cloth, which he used that to sweep the rubbish and the coffee can into the shovel. He also swept the slipper into the shovel. And left all of them next to the public waste bin right outside my room. (Pix 4) The table was not clean at all. We will never return to this hotel. Terrible service. Not recommended. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible experience.

Good location! Room are clean & bed is comfortable. Room came with great high tea and breakfast!

Nice hotel at a good location to get around. No complains about the cleanness, and staff was friendly. Do note if your checking out early, they do not pack breakfast for your like some hotel do. Otherwise all else was a good experience. Will be staying there again for my next visit to Ipoh.

I am staying this hotel on 11/12...room 1103...normally i will stay here when I come to ipoh. I will like to give a small comment. My pillow case was torn on both sides. Just wonder why the house keeping staff did not change it? And the toilet floor was not clean properly.

Location is good. Nearby aeon , new york skin solution, and got free hi tea also

The room was small and dark but had a cozy and nostalgic taste. Good location, close to the AEON Kinta city and Ipoh night market. They provided us with a high tea coupon. It was small but luxurious and so tasty. What a nice gift for our wedding anniversary 💕 Breakfast was also good 👍🏻 Overall, we enjoyed our stay there at a very reasonable price 😀 Thank you.

Small room, butttt with complimentary hi-tea really impressed us. breakfast with limited variations, but all is great. recommended stay. the staffs all nice, eventhough check in at 3pm, but we allowed to check in at 2.30pm

Aeon Kinta City is just behind the hotel & there is a ice cream shop around the corner (I am an icecream fan). Exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We stayed in a Two bedroom suite, nice and comfy.

Services was amazing by the staff, we were given a complimentary hi tea spread, simple breakfast buffet but was good enough.. however the only downside there is only one mirror in the room and located inside the washroom

Room very clean. Came wuth simple breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea. Room a bit dark and sound proof a bit poor. Other than this everything is good.

This is our regular staying in hotel whenever we are in Ipoh as it is more centralised location for us .Make no mistake as we continue to book in to this hotel whenever we are in Ipoh also we recommend friends n business associates to stay here .

This hotel located is nearest with any convenience store such as Aeon. I arrive around 3 am and so quite difficult to find the signboard lobby and no body such as security/bellman to assist me .. because in-front hotel lighting quite dark. checkin process easy and smooth with rm100 deposit. Parking quite easy to find after get instructions from their staff.. Room : clean and nice . But their do not have dressing table With mirror . Just only 1 mirror inside in bathroom. Overall good for this hotel .

The room is clean,internet wifi is good. Location is very convenient

Love the design and ambience. Spacious and clean room. Basic amenities are available, convenient enough if you just bring your own bag of clothes. Hotel has wellness club complement with gym and jogging track for those with active lifestyle. However no mirror provided in the room, have to go to bathroom if you need mirror. Only one small trash bin in family room. Please add one in bathroom as well. Other than these two, the hotel is already great.
