Overall is clean and convenient location. It looks like new hotel, however some facilities are not functional but do not significantly.

Very nice hotel in middle of ipoh,very near to nasi ***** ipoh. Room looks fine and best part is the water pressure is simply amazing.. recommended if u need a short stay..

I like this hotel as it is clean n tidy. Very near to the naji ***** Yong Suan. All in walking distances include the tuck Kee the famous moonlight Hor fun, Lou Wong & Ong Kee Ipoh bean sprout chicken, . Then walk further, u can reach the tong sui Kai which only opens during evening n featuring ice shaved dessert, satay, grilled fish & other street food.... Will stay here again

Can improve washroom's cleanliness.maybe can change shower curtain in between each stay because it smells foul .washroom also with unplesant smell

The hotel was quite old and well maintained. Enough for a transit 1 night. The furniture was okay, not much decoration eventhough its near xmas eve. But still okay for a sleepover.

Location is city center, I walked 20 minutes to old town for breakfast. The hotel is quite because away from main traffic, but the aircond blower sound very powerful which is not right. Ipoh is nice city, the people are friendly, ❤ the building and good spirits of men behind local education 🥺🥺

Been here so many times.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, great scenery from the room, staff are friendly.. Everything about this hotel is just great..

Spaces and clean room. Friendly staffs. Reasonable price. Easy to find parking infront of the hotel. Have to walk about 800 m to fine food.

It's value for money, location was great, just the toilet walls were a bit dirty

At 12:30 a.m., there was an extremely loud noise coming from the foyer area, making it impossible to get any sleep.

The hotel is a bit old. The first room we entered air-cond was not in function. We call the customer service and they solve our problem very quickly! After moving to another room everything is okay! The hotel is very close to Chang Jiang White Coffee! 👍🏻

We book this hotel last minute as the earlier hotel cancelled our booking last minute. My booking apparently the last room and when we checked into the room it was a smoking room and we made a complaint and immediately we were given a larger room at a none smoking floor. The new room is clean and comfortable. I like the water dispenser at the lobby as it is very convenient and useful.

Love to stay here. Staff is helpful , they managed to help me change the room very fast.
