The hotel had an old and shabby appearance, which gave it a somewhat ******* feel. Despite this, it offered some positive aspects, such as a swimming pool (though I didn’t get a chance to use it), a breakfast voucher, and a nice view.

A little dated hotel. Hotel will need revamp. The room is spacious, but empty. Bedsheets are thin and unclean. Itchy after sleeping. Service staff are helpful and polite though

A bit run down outside the hotel room. Breakfast not so nice. Parking are funny ! No wifi always break down but still give you the wifi passwords so funny

The hotel is very old, but its strategic location near Dataran Ipoh. Free basement parking is available, which is convenient. A RM50 deposit is required at check-in. The rooms are spacious and offer good views.However, the breakfast options are quite basic, and the fruit was not fresh. Additionally, if you need an iron, it is located outside the room.

One of the worst bedroom I got it. No clean at all. Get 1203 room n it's look like I been admitted in hospital, that kind of environment. Pillow cover got numbers like hospital pillow cover. Plaster celling dirts all on bed and towel yellow bed cover also dirty. Then complain to front office staff to change room then they change it to better room but still not worth for the price I gave.

Only furniture is old and toilet need upgrade also parking need upgrade too and service still in good.

The toilet was terrible, moldy and sticky. There is yellow dirt in the toilet bowl.

The old hotel with furniture is worn out but was ok for a short stay. Breakfast has limited choices…considered ok with the price you pay.

easy to find food downstairs. go in room got watery smell, may be long time not occupied. gym room have limited time to open but i didnt use. swimming pool on maintenance
