B&B Hotel Ipswich recensioner

Excellent hotel, good location near the station and football ground. Nice room and great bar which was open late which was handy as we celebrated a very rare Saints win🤪👏👏 Only slight criticism was the breakfast was a bit expensive at £18. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel for business use, great price and good spaces to work.

Easy and quick check in, even though I arrived at midnight. Clean room with comfortable bed. Very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities were good. Great location for the railway station, Portman Road stadium, the town centre. Sainsbury’s within walking distance is also helpful. Didn’t have time to use the bar but it looked lively and popular.

It’s a nice hotel but staff lacks a lot of empathy and would hugely benefit from some customer service training.

Used this hotel several times and never had a problem. Staff helpful enough and room clean and tidy.would return

Really great location shouldn't and the bar area is lovely-the free pool table is already nice touch too. The décor and finishing touches in all the downstairs areas Ah really nice and gives the hotel a very Homely and more sophisticated feel. The rooms were clean with really good amenities and a lovely shower. We stayed on a Saturday night but there was noise audible within the room and the hotel in general had a very chilled out and relaxed feel. Would definitely recommend and look to stay at one of the hotels in the chain for future trips.

Lovely and clean will 100% be coming back c areas a bit dodgy but that can’t be helped all the staff are nice too place looks modern and new

I had an amazing experience at the Penta Hotel Ipswich. It's just a five-minute-walk from the train station which is a big plus when you arrive tired and late in the evening. The room was clean, very comfortable and soundproof. There is a complimentary set of tea and coffee with a table and comfy chairs. The shower was amazing, a little spa-experience. I didn't stay long enough to experience the other facilities, but will be definitely back. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ipswich for leisure or business.

AC was not working properly and it was cold in the room, except for that our stay was great

Extended my stay due to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Cozy lounge area and good breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Had a nice stay at Penta hotels in Ipswich. The location is easily accessible. Its very near the Ipswich station. The staff was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.
