A lovely hotel. Lovely location out of hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to train station. Room clean and spacious. No noise coming from the rooms or corridors over night. Breakfast was ok a basic choice. Would recommend.

Upon arrival. Friendly and sophisticated welcome greeting/check-in. Simon hotel manager (photo bomber) and other staff on reception & Bar p10/10. Any questions asked was answered with easy understanding. An amazing stay here highly recommended. 🌟

1 of 5. DO NOT STAY HERE Paid £250 for one night and everything is basic. Paid £250 for a room with NO AIRCON.. If you are coming to Ipswich in the summer do not stay in a Travelodge unless you want to sleep in a sauna. Stay in a Premier Inn or Hilton and thank me later.

I stayed here for the Ed Sheeran concert and had a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect—right on the marina—making it easy to explore the area, enjoy the waterfront views, and access nearby restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone attending events.

My room was really clean and the bed was comfy. I stay at the hotel regularly and it's always a pleasant experience. Staff are really nice. Jonny and Jess were very helpful on reception and I was happy to see the water dispenser on reception, nice touch on the hot days we have been having.

This hotel really only offered the bare minimum which I guess is what I paid for. Everything is outdated. No outlets close to the bed to charge. Yes there r usb ports but most phones have upgraded to usb-c now so that left me out. The room was incredibly hot as I stayed during a hot summer day. Although provided with a fan I was disappointed that there wasn’t an option for A/C. The bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived. Also no unlimited wifi offered is such a basic necessity in this day and age. I also need to comment on the fact that the bedding isn’t changed or made up unless you are there for more than 6 nights! I def won’t be staying here again and will not recommend. Overall everything just felt inconvenient in the room when hotels usually are meant to give the opposite effect.

The room on the first floor at the front was not usable for sleeping. Heavy traffic all night on poorly maintained road (not the hotels fault) and the bins were directly under our room so we had the pleasure of the refuse truck too. Stay somewhere else. We were told that quieter rooms at the back were for families. Staff were fully aware of the issue.
