Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South recensioner

The rooms is so dirty, for 2 days straight they never came to clean, its even worse that most of the staffs don’t speak English, they are most Spanish speakers. The front desk staffs are so rude omg. This not a good experience for me at all. The ****** is written all over the hotel walls, that makes me sick to my stomach. It’s unbelievable and disgusting.

The only downside is that the rooms lacked complimentary water bottles.

Awesome hotel. Great breakfast and location. It is a beautiful hotel. Love it!

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

Everything was great only wish they had USB ports for chargers in the room.
