We have 996 square feet of house for you. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A full kitchen and laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Our place is located on a corner lot and feels very private. The yard is surrounded by farm field and forest. We have mature landscaping. We have a large screened in porch to sit on after a long day after your adventures. We are located within a 5 minute drive to 2 boat launches on the SouthFork of the Snake River (Huskey's and the Dam). We are within walking distance of the Huskey's boat launch if you're feeling adventurous. We are within 10 miles of 2 boat launches for Palisades Reservoir. Calamity and Blowout boat.We are within 60 miles of Jackson Hole, WY and 70 miles of the entrance to Teton National Park and the Greater Yellowstone area.We have many outdoor recreation activities in or around our area. We have amazing trails to upper mountain lakes to following creeks to fish. The Backyard Bunkhouse cabins are located adjacent to the main house. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed. Private bathroom. Private entrance. There is not a kitchen but a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are provided for your convenience. There is a small work space. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. There is a propane grill on the back porch for guests to use when needing a quick meal. The parking area is spacious.The space- Cabins provide a quiet, cozy hideaway. There are two cabins within one building structure behind the main house. This listing is for cabin #1.- We want our guests to take time to appreciate the sights and sounds of the mountains. Enjoy an evening relaxing on the porch after a day of fishing, hunting, sight-seeing, winter skiing or snowmobiling. Benches and rocking chairs are available and can be moved around on the porches or for relaxation within the cabin.- Irwin does have some warmer days in the summer and it consistently cools down in the evenings and night.- WiFi is available for those needing to work while on vacation. There is a television in one bedroom with Netflix.- Though there is not a kitchen, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are provided. Additionally, guests are welcome to use a propane grill on the back porch; some cooking utensils are available as well as paper plates and foil.- Parking is available in front of the cabins for cars or trucks only. With a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms you won’t be bumping into each other. The main level offers a large furnished kitchen with 2 sinks for preparing food. A large dining/living area to relax and eat or watch TV. A fully enclosed breezeway serves as an overflow with an additional dining room table and TV when everyone wants to eat at the same time. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds (one a Sleep Number bed) each having full bathrooms and TVs for privacy. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.The loft has 2 master bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen and twin, each have their own bathrooms and TVs from privacy. Common area loft has a desk for working, a table for late night poker games and a large area for Yoga or Pilates.The basement can be separated from the upstairs with a locking door for security and its own private entrance and patio to the outside. It has a full kitchen with a dining and living room. The living room has a large TV for relaxing or watching the big game. The basement has 2 large master suites with large closets, king beds and TV’s. There are also 2 bunk rooms, one with 3 bunk beds (full/twin combos) and the other with 2 queen beds. There is a shared full bath with a jetted tub on this level. The cabin sits on 6 acres, and offers an outdoor dining area, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing. It has large field with room to play night games. It also serves as additional parking for vehicles, trailers, or recreational toys. Or just sit back relax and enjoy the deer that call our place home.Palisades Reservoir has 2 main boat launches. It is 8 miles to Calamity boat launch and 10 miles to Blowout boat launch. There is also a boat launch to the Snake River that is .7 miles from the cabin.You can drive your ATV or snow machine from the cabin to some of the best trails in the west.Because we host people that have sensitivity to pets we don’t allow pets.No smoking at the cabin.Because we live in the area, we can help point you to our favorite places and all the fun things we like doing!
