If I could, I would give 3.5. Stars, as our stay was good, the location is amazing, the views, the garden and access to beach excellent, but the overall atmosphere is rather strange. Staff are friendly and helpful, however we got the feeling that it is an old family business lacking a certain spark. The lonely waiter in restaurant is very charming and helpful, however he couldn't disguise the fact that the chef for the evening meal was not up to scratch, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this hotel for evening dinners. I guess that my friend's Pizza was okay, but I thought that my supermarket tortellini with a luke warm (not necessarily home made) sauce were overpriced. Breakfast was fine. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault that the weather was very disappointing for May in Italy, so I'd say for the price we paid, it was fine. And I'd say it again: The view is amazing!!!

Ne faites pas l erreur d y aller . Les propriétaires qui devraient être à la retraite, n investissent plus dans leur hôtel. Le matériel est vieux de chez vieux. Mais le pire: il ne fonctionne pas. Plus de 30 degré la nuit dans la chambre … Petit déjeuner moyen, il n y a que la vue en positif

Esperienza presso questo Hotel da ripetere, ci siamo trovati non benissimo ma di più 🔝…. I proprietari molto disponibili, così come lo staff la Hostess Lucia molto professionale , Il Maitre Antonio persona bravissima e qualificata, per Riccardo ragazzo gentile ed educato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, Vista dalle camere e dalla terrazza della colazione e cena direttamente sul Castello Aragonese, vicinanza a Ischia Porto, in macchina 5/10 minuti. Esperienza e soggiorno da ripetere, ve lo consiglio.

Settimana di relax. Camera family ideale per quattro persone, vista spettacolare sul castello. Cibo buono e vario. Parco termale spettacolare… mai affollato e ben curato. La discesa al mare con gradini che regale scorci sulla baia e poi una spiaggia privata ben curata, silenziosa.

Hotel in posizione eccezionale. Struttura un po’ datata ma funzionale. Ben servito da servizio bus navetta. Personale molto gentile. Terrazza panoramica per colazione e pranzo con vista sul castello aragonese. Accesso alla spiaggia privata molto ben gestita.

Io ho usufruito del parco termale. Le piscine sono tre più il percorso Kneipp. La posizione è meravigliosa, con vista sul castello. Il posto è pulito ed il personale molto gentile. Da tenere presente che l'acqua è molto ferrosa, quindi è consigliabile utilizzare un costume vecchio, perchè si macchia.
