Good location is the hotels best point. If English probably not a good choice of hotel staff can harkd speak English so nothing gets explained to you about how the hotel works. Bed was 2 mattresses pushed together but through sleep they move so not great. Ski and boot room on ground floor. Walk out the car park is very slippery be careful. 2 min walk to chairlift. Evening meal didn't have much choice if you dont like salads or vegetables was only one meat choice most nights. There is pizza each night so you wont starve. Breakfast was basic but bread and croissants was fresh. Breakfast is from 07:30 but most days it wasnt ready coffe still cold things not out this is poor if Breakfast is from 07:30 it should all be ready at that time. 200E deposit is a pain i dont understand why cause there isn't anything in the rooms worth 200e you could break.

Spent a week here all inclusive with 10 adults and a one year old. Shame not much snow near village so unable to ski in but it was only 100m walk to nearest etoile telemix lift. There were plenty of runs available higher up for all abilities. All the hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Skiset rental in basement next to bootroom and ski storage rooms. Spa area next to bootroom very nice. Only issues I found were no public toilets on bar/restaurant ground floor area, you had to go down to bootroom area and no baby changing facilities at all. Also bar area seating area not big enough for everyone, although they could make more room by removing the pool table (hardly used) or opening up the room adjacent (hardly used). Don't expect to get involved with the limited entertainment/quizzes unless you're fluent French. Food is usual fair but egg gate became the topic at breakfast whether you wanted fried or boiled (do it yourself) both cooking facilities were too luke warm to cook within a reasonable time. Overall a good time was had by all.

We were extremely suprised and devastated about the unprofessional and illogical ways the hotel management chose to conduct this property. The communication from the moment of reservation until the check out was unspeakably bad. We were not informed about a lot of things, like the 200 EUR deposit we were supposed to pay upon arrival for garantie (???) after we paid for everything in advance, or that we should have made reservations for the spa, which is open for only 2 hours after the ski lifts close, and the spot reservations was for an hour…the result was that we couldn’t use the service as 4 days in advance reservation was not enough to guarantee a spot in the spa, we went in one day (only because of the kindness and flexibility of the spa receptionist) and it was empty in peak hour, but they still would not want to let us in… The receptionist speak English poorly, which only made the communication more difficult. The rooms are poorly equipped-there wasn’t even a hair dryer, and the it could have been cleaner as well. The walls are very thin and the noises from the bar were quite disturbing. It’s a pity because the location and the facilities were very good!

Just spent a week here and it was great! The room was spacious with plenty of storage. Lovely views from the balcony. Great position close to the chair lift and also the town. You can almost. ski back to the door but if you don’t want to ski down you can get the bubble car back to the village and jump on the free bus ( every 15 mins) that stops just nearby. The food was good … nice varied choices each evening and the wine was ok too!! There is a always salad bar , soup and pasta / pizza station as well as nice breads . Breakfast was good too. Staff really made an effort and were always happy!! A lovely stay … thank you!!

Close to the slopes. The Belle Etoile chair is a short ~100 walk/ski away. At the end of the day you can ski to the start of the even nearer to home poma lift. But at the slope closeness is at the expense of nearness to the main town centre. Otherwise a great week has at mmv.

Excellent staff and service. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and plentiful. Plenty of vegetables, salads and choices for everyone The whole hotel very clean, tidy and well decorated. Our room had good storage
