Good location 👌 and the room is big. The first room was very small and the safe wasn't working so they moved us to a bigger room. It's only B&B and you have the choice to go out and dine which we prefer. We are a group of 17 people visiting Iran. We came from Mashad and we are going to Tehran soon.

Hotel Part in Isfshsn has dropped its quality drastically by years and if stay in this Hotel you should know that there is No free bottled water and also Tea in your room. There is a sealed Tea Box over the Fridge next to your Kettle in your room that if you touch it you should take rest of it home as they charge you! This act is not proper in this Hotel without prior notice! At the time of Check-in they ask you to pay accomodation at an ATM outside as to evade tax for hotel manager! Either you should bring Cash with you or pay outside! There is no other choice! Besides, Hotel is frequented with families bringing kids that is absolutely noisy! I have been using accomodation in this Hotel since 2014 then these are downfalls of this Hotel. Hotel Part is not
