Absolutely on over the top experience in every way ,at Hotel Mousai in Cancun !!! Special thanks to our always available, professional and friendly butlers, Alexa , yes… a real Alexa, and Christian . Also to our mixologist Jose , who taught us how to drink Tequila correctly-:) Who knew there was such a thing??? Our private hot tub on our Balcony where we had our breakfasts served every morning,while enjoying the ocean view was a special treat as well.

Our couples getaway was short from amazing. The hospitality from our butlers, Alexa and Christian was amazing, anything we asked for they would make sure we received. The rooms were beyond amazing as well, the views were beautiful and the ease of using everything was quite nice. We spent some time at the roof top pool and the service we got from the rooftop bar was beyond what we imagined. Gerardo, Jonathan and Guillermo weren’t exceptional!also, don’t skip out on the classes/lessons on the rooftop from margarita lessons with Jose to Mexican cooking with chef Abraham , they were all amazing opportunities to have some fun and learn something new. Ricky from Activities made all 3 activities super fun and entertaining. Our stay was 10/10 superb and everyone goes aboye and beyond

My wife and I had an amazing vacation at Hotel Mousai Cancun Starting with exceptional service food quality and hotel facilities are perfect Rooms are very good and comfortable you can be there all day long Thanks to Alexa and Christian for their every day service and hospitality Rooftop is and amazing place to have some drinks and food thanks to Alexa and Marcos for their service there The view from the pool is exceptional We recommend restaurant NOI for breakfast and dinner, service and food are amazing Same at first floor pool Overall we had an unforgettable vacation at Hotel Mousai Cancun we rate it 10+

10/10 experience, highly recommend! Not one complaint. Impeccable service from all we encountered. Especially loved Blanca and Marco from the rooftop pool. Ricky from the entertainment staff, and our daily butler Alexa. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful week from the time we arrived until our departure. The Cleaning Staff , our Personal assistant’s Christian & Alex, and Anel, Freddy, Alphonso, the Chef at Noi, were excellent. The customer service was top shelf. We put Hotel Mousai & Garza Blanca Resort as a must stay! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I recently returned from our vacation to Hotel Mousai in Cancun. The trip was exactly what we needed; quiet, kid-free and lots of relaxation. The art and decor is amazing throughout and everything in the room, from the lights to music is managed by an iPad. Heriberto, Jose and Abinadab provided excellent service at the Noi restaurant. They went above and beyond by allowing us to have our breakfast to-go (which the resort usually doesn’t offer). The team at Noi treated us like royalty each time we dined and ensured we always had everything we needed. The rooftop is unmatched! From the excellent views to phenomenal service. Santiago was amazing and offered tasty recommendations for lunch. He constantly checked in and made sure we stayed well hydrated! And last but not least, Uziol at the snack bar was so very kind and kept his word. He really does make thee best margarita you’ll ever have! We usually stay at Garza Blanca, which we also love; but, Hotel Mousai has easily moved to the #1 spot to stay when visiting Cancun. Can’t wait to go back!

Mousai is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing from the cleaning crew to the butlers (Christian and Alexa) to the activity coordinators (Jose and Ricky). Vicky was also so nice and friendly. Everything was great. The team thought of every detail. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean. The staff ensured that we were taken care of even during Hurricane Helene. We were safe and they still managed to ensure we had a great time. The tequila tasting, margarita making and cantaritos making classes with Jose and Ricky were great. The facilities are beautiful, the food is great and the customer service is second to none. Absolutely recommend. Noi is great - Alfonso, Guillermo and Fernando treated us like family. The head Chef is so personable. We give it a 10 out of 10.

This Hotel is a dream. The rooms are beautiful as is the hotel and grounds. Everything you would want is available. The food and drinks were at another level. The service was unmatched. Heriberto, Jose, and Alex went above and beyond for us during our visit. They remembered us and our likes and dislikes. Their customer service skills are sharp!
