Everything you could ever imagine you could ever need was taken care of… we left feeling spoiled and pampered.. we had an ultra suite w/ocean view with a butler… our butlers, Alexa and Marco, went above and beyond to make us feel like family… highly recommend and can’t wait to go back 😎😎😎😎😎

We recently returned from our 10-year anniversary trip to Cancun and stayed at Hotel Mousai. It could not have been more magnificent. If you are looking into staying here, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay. From the moment you walk in you can tell it is special. Everything is stunning and it even smells luxurious. The service is impeccable. Every single person who helped us was professional, attentive, and polite. The room we purchased came with a 24-hour Butler service, and I must give a huge shout out to our favorite Butler, Carlos, who was absolutely extraordinary. He continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. Thank you, Carlos! Aside from this the food is not only delicious but presented so beautifully. There were two pools and both were lovely, relaxing, and so enjoyable. We will absolutely return to Hotel Mousai in the future!

Gourmet, fresh, and beautifully presented. And the rooms… wow. They’re more than luxurious—they’re sensual. From the design and lighting to the stunning views and private plunge pool, everything is designed to elevate romance. This has become our favorite place for a romantic getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a dreamy escape with your partner, this is the place.

Let me start by saying Alexa (Our butler) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, enjoyable and easy. The hotel was clean and food was excellent. I love the art work in every corner of the hotel. The roof top was spectacular! The only complain I have was if they could have transparency upfront in regards to the hotel credit and how you can use them. I will definitely recommend the hotel and plan to come back. Me and my husband had amazing time.

Excellent service, whatever you ask for the staff does everything in their power to make it happen. The food was excellent. We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool, or enjoying the hot tub on our balcony. If you are looking for an adults only resort, Hotel Mousai is the place to stay.

We recently finished a 5 night stay at Hotel MOUSAI The trip was amazing from checking in to checking out We had a corner suite on 5th floor rm 5510 which was beautiful and very Luxurious from room furnishings to hot top on the beautiful wraparound Deck Service was excellent from all staff. We spent most of our time onthe rooftop pool, beautiful, comfortable, loungers, and great snacks. The stars of the show where our two butlers, Alexis and Marcos, who were very helpful with anything we need it, and even had a dress pressed for me when I ask Noi their signature restaurant had a yummy pasta meal with the homemade pasta and a lamb Ragu sauce, which was so yummy was disappointed later in the trip that it was taken off the menu I would recommend they put it back on because the taste was so good We ate several times at their Sister property Garza Blanca, which we have been to three times prior Loved interacting with the staff and getting to know them and was so thrilled when the manager of the hotel Liliana came and met us Thank you for a wonderful time at hotel Mousai would totally recommend and will be back one day
