Pines & Palms Resort

Pines & Palms is the quintessential keys place to stay! It’s low key, high quality hospitality was exactly what we were hoping for. It truly exceeded our expectations! We paddled boarded or kayaked every morning and enjoyed lazy days poolside or on their private beach. We were warmly greeted by every employee. Anderson at the bar kept us well hydrated! Our cabin was quaint and cozy equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, we brought our own coffee for their drip coffee maker. After a stop at Publix to stock the fridge with family favorites we were set! We will definitely return!!

Great people, million dollar view. Old rooms but clean and great location. Pool is great and Stacey at the bar couldn't be nicer. If you like the classic keys this is the place for you. The "beach" area is meticulously maintained and the bikes and kayaks are free and a nice bonus. Just grab them and go, no checking in and out.

As locals from the Keys, we were seeking a getaway without the hassle of driving too far from home. We stumbeld upon this hidden gem that not only met but exceeded our expectactions. The place is cozy, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. We stayed in unit 3, waking up to ocean views while sipping our healthy morning coffee - it was pure bliss. One of the highlights was the live music on Saturday. The laid-back tunes perfectly complemented the serene atmosphere, making our weekend even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaing atmosphere. The location is also perfect when it comes to restaurant selections. It's the perfect escape from the daily hustle. Needless to say, we will be back on our next local getaway. Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat right in our backyard!

We have been to Pines and Palms twice and so look forward to going again next year. The staff and owners could have not been more accommodating, as we had a group of 8, helped with dinner reservations, a day trip to the sandbar and even a small wedding. The rooms were so cute and beds comfortable, loved having bikes available for a short ride to breakfast. The grounds are just immaculate and the views are spectacular! Looking so forward to our next stay with them.

Simone was awesome. She took the time out to check on us to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed to make our stay at the resort comfortable. The rest of the staff was friendly and approachable. It would have been nice if the bar had some kind of snacks or finger foods available. Resort is very clean and well kept . We will definitely return in the future.

I’ve been visiting Islamorada for over 30 years and like to stay at different hotels. Pines and Palms tops my list as the best one. The grounds are pristine and beautiful. We were greeted at check in very warmly and given glasses of complimentary champagne. Everything was explained thoroughly. There was live music at the happy hour by the pool when we arrived and we quickly joined. Other guests ranged from families with children to retirees and were all very pleasant. The location is Oceanside and perfect, very central to everything in Islamorada. Our room was spotless and the AC worked great. We were in Unit 20, a king efficiency apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the resort and ocean from our front balcony. Bathroom was very small but adequate. I really liked that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. We made use of the free kayaks and saw lots of sea life off of the observation docks. Highly recommend staying here, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Keys vibe. We will be back!

We found this hotel on Hotel Tonight app with 1 room available when we were scrambling as we booked last minute. What a gem we found!!!!! Checking in, the lovely front desk woman greeted us with a glass of wine , and for my boyfriend a new fishing rod and tackle box complimentary. Adorable cottage, full kitchen, living room with TV , pool, right on the ocean, quiet , bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and (2) long docks for boaters. Complimentary parking. I have been on opening teams for Forbes 5* hotels and the quaint cottages and staff were on par as far as cleanliness and staff service. I was so relaxed when we departed , I left half my clothes in the dresser! I worked in hotels and know better, never having left items behind. We received a call from Caleb not more than a few hours after our departure letting me know about my clothes They were so kind and sprung into action overnighting all my clothes. I was thrilled to get it all back. Thank you. We will definitely be back! I’ve already referred at least 5 people to your property. Highly recommend!

I hate to even write this review because I want to keep this place on the down low. Ha! Everything about it is excellent from the undercover parking to the refreshing pool and great bartenders to housekeeping and management to being able to grab a kayak or paddleboard or just wade in the beach area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the AC ice cold. This is now our go to the Keys place. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. How about 10 stars!!!

Excellent resort, with very very nice people, amazing location, and very convenient to everything in the keys including dining, boating, parks, activities etc. We could bike, kayak, paddlebaord right in front of resort. Calm beautiful waters. They even extended us another night in an excellent room. We had an amazing boat ride possible with captain Ian around the mangroves and sunset on the gulf side and Atlantic side and seeing all the life in the keys with manatees.
