It’s very nice and clean apartment I love to live there. Front desk very friendly. I would like to live here again on my next trip for sure. Give 5 Star ⭐️

Was very very disappointed with this apartment As what we should have recieved we didn’t receive Firstly very dirty terrace was discusting with dirty underwear etc init from last customers the terrace floor also furniture discusting The rooms floors full off dust Only 2 towels between 4 people As shown on amenities Robes Slippers kitchen cutlery’s and cleaning products also swimming available We had none off that As the first even I called them like 3/4 times to sort the issues nobody bothered Reception not helpful at all We had brown water coming out off tapes Very very disappointed

Big rooms and friendly staff I forgot the name of the male front desk staff member in the evening but he was truly fantastic. Welcomed me kindly to the hotel and upgraded me to a nicer room. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my stay

i booked this hotel for my family to stay, upon checking out they charged 58GBP for the children getting chocolate on the bed sheets this is just ridiculous we ordered room service for one night for 3 meals it was 1400TL the next night we ordered one meal the same as one of the three and they overcharged us it was 1000TL for one not good if you want to take the stairs and are afraid of lifts as the stairs are not open

الفندق جدا جميل جدا وواسع حجزت غرفتين وصاله وحمامين في شهر نوفمبر ٢٠٢٤ بسعر ٣٠٩ لليله الفندق بجواره مطاعم ومقاهي وسوبر ماركت ومواقف اهم المطاعم كفتجي يوسف اهم المقاهي ستار بكس كلها دقيقه مشي بالاقدام اذا معاك اطفال في داخل الفندق العاب داخليه للمجع السكني حلوه جدا وممشى لطيف تحتاج يكون معاك سياره اوسائق بسياره

Genel olarak Türk vatandaşı olduğum için mi bilmiyorum bagajımızla ilgilenmediler. Yanımızda araplar başka turistler vardı direk ilgilendiklerini gördüm bundan hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Odadaki çatal bıçak çok kirliydi ve tekrardan kendim yıkayıp kullandım maalesef.

Burada kendimi evimde hissediyorum. Hepsinin koşulları çok iyi. Evde yaşamak isteyenlere tavsiyemdir. Sağladıkları tüm hizmetler en yüksek kalitededir. Tekrar teşekkürler Veysel, Can, Mustafa

第二次來土耳其入住這家酒店，性價比極其高，房間很大還可以做飯，客房工作人員認真負責，還免費為我做了升級，前台的Jeysel、Can、Emnr、Faon就像一個貼心的管家，主動幫忙拿行李，還送到房間熱心的講解入住事宜

J’ai réservé une chambre d’hôtel avec ma femme lors de la réservation, ils nous ont pas expliqué qui ne nettoyait pas les chambres pendant trois jours, c’est inadmissible de rentrer dans un hôtel sans que le nettoyage est fait tous les jours. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi lors de la réservation Trip.com nous a pas expliqué  c’est inacceptable

Standart Odaları küçük ama sessiz. Odanın içinde mutfak bulunması avantaj ama odada bir bardak suyun bile bulunmaması buzdolabı komple boş olan bir odaya üstüne üstelik 3000 tl gibi bir teminat üçretinin istenmesi anlamsız…..

這個酒店超級不好，酒店衞生沒有天天打掃，是三天掃一次的，水和茶包都不提供，垃圾也不倒的，是我住過最差的酒店，跟他們無數次協調都沒有用！
