Room is very old and broken door , no lights in washrooms, staff behavior is very very bad , rude and arrogant , canine communicate in English , worst experience

DO NOT STAY HERE Located directly beside a major highway — constant traffic noise 24/7, no soundproofing. Air-conditioning did not work at all during my stay, despite the heat. We had to leave the windows open which made the room very noisy. Room smelled unpleasant upon entry — musty and stale. Surfaces and floor visibly dusty — clearly not cleaned properly. Booked a king room, was given a different room type without any explanation. Front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to change rooms, they lied and said the hotel was fully booked — it wasn’t. Would not recommend. The location, service, and room quality were all below basic expectations.

Nice cosy hotel. Room was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable as wellThe rooms overlooking the main road are a bit noisy. However, I only needed it for one night.

Not worth the money, not good location at all, very limited parking! Food was not nice and expensive, Breakfast not very good, very limited options for hot food, and service not good. Ipaid extra for a room with balcony, it was very small & very noisy as it's faced the main road, very small room & we were unable to sleep all night because there was a very loud and bad noise coming from the Air-conditioning from the next door room! I called reception at 1am as me & my mother wasn't able to sleep at all, a person from reception came, but unfortunately, he didn't do anything apart from saying sorry & said all the floors like that!!? Overall it was a very bad "night" & very bad experience staying at this hotel. Don't recommend it to anyone as it's a total waste of money!

A bit far from the airport.. but nice hotel.. clean and spacious for 2 people..

It is a nice hotel and has affordable prices. The biggest downside is if your not flying next day the location is not ideal.

They allowed me to check in early which is very rare in many other hotels! I stayed there during my layover flight and it was very easy to get to the location from the airport. Overall I am happy with the service! 😊

I was there for just over a day. They were extremely helpful. I was able to change rooms to check in early. They helped me to book a wonderful tour. The tour guide adapted the plan based on the situation at hand to make an extremely wonderful day. The hotel had great amenities, everything you would need. Also the breakfast was fabulous. The staff on site were professional and friendly.

I wanted a layover hotel near the airport and this was one of many available in this area. Nice decent small functional room with everything you need is there. Many supermarkets and restaurants within one minute walk and they are open till late. Bed and pillow were firm and bed was queen size enough for couple. I didn’t try their breakfast as I arrived very late so didn’t bother to wake up. I would definitely stay here again but for layover purpose only as it’s far away from city.

It’s my third time at this hotel but this time made it extra pleasure after late arrival due to delay it was just 12 min driving from airport and my night costed just 26£ which is always a pleasure ) Bed is fine same as shower I mean with this money you have what you need. Room is spacious . Breakfast available but never tried it

Convenient accommodation near the airport

This hotel is bad. Do not stay here. The first room reeked of smoke, the second room had a major water leak that was pooling on the floor. Neither bathroom was clean. The walls were paper thin to the point I thought my wife’s phone was vibrating but I was the next room over. The location is very sketchy and the restaurant charges 20-25 euro for food when the going rate is more like 10-15 euro. We left and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton and were very happy to leave.

Don't stay at this hotel! This hotel is a fraud! The hotel brand doesn't care, the hotel management doesn't care! Naturally, the receptionist is both dishonorable and low quality! He sells the room the customer bought to someone else and tries to give the customer a lower class room! He is both disrespectful, rude and threatening!!! Stay away from this hotel! The brand doesn't care about this hotel quality !!!!
