Vera Life Hotel

Booked 3 rooms and Despite requesting few days in advance having all the rooms in one floor, they neglected. The receptionist Mr. Ferhat was showing disrespect to the ladies and literally lost his mind. We had even asked to cancel our booking and refund us, Ferhat keeps on saying "that's not hotel policy" and when we ask to see the hotel policy, he lost his mind and replies "that's not my responsibility - wait for Manager". We were kept at the reception for nearly an hour with No welcome drink/water, unsatisfactory breakfast. Toilets blocked and when you complain, they start raising their voices. It was a disaster experience. If you planning a family stay, this isn't the ideal place to be!

Lovely hotel that we stayed in for 6 nights in May and would highly recommend!!!! We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Gentleman on the front desk. Our room was on the 3rd Floor and was very light and spacious with 2 doors that opened fully overlooking the side street below. There were complimentary slippers, toiletries and 2 bottles of water per day, a kettle with tea and coffee etc and a fridge/mini bar, very soft towels, air conditioning, very good Wifi and wall mounted television. Tucked away just behind the main street down a side road (do not be put off by this) with a tram stop within a couple of minutes walk! Extremely central to the sights with the Grand Bazaar literally a few steps away and the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern just down the road. PS - If this is your first visit to Istanbul then you will not go hungry as there are places to eat everywhere and shopping bargains to be bartered for everywhere too 😉 !!!

Great boutique hotel! staff is very friendly nothing is too much for them, they think along and I had a great stay, it is very central and the hotel is fairly new and modern and clean with all facilities! I will definitely come back soon! Teşekkürler for the great service

Ottimo albergo, camere pulite,colazione discreta, in posizione strategica, vicino a tutte le attrazioni. Il personale molto disponibile,in particolare Furkhan, molto attento e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi necessità. Ci tornerei volentieri

Siamo stati 6 notti ad Istanbul in questo hotel. Molto consigliato per la posizione centrale nella zona del Gran Bazar: si raggiungono molti luoghi da visitare a piedi, in alternativa a pochi metri dall'hotel c'è la fermata Beyazıt del tram T1. La struttura è recente e le stanze sono moderne. La pulizia sufficiente, potrebbe essere migliorata. La colazione è inclusa, ma è molto limitata e andrebbe migliorata. Tutto sommato è stato un buon soggiorno.

Très bon hôtel. Quartier animé matin comme soir.Personnel très sympathique.L'emplacement est excellent. Proche de tous les magasins et du Grand bazar. Très proches aussi de tous les transports en commun... Tram... Seul petit bémol : le service de chambre pourrait faire mieux en terme de nettoyage. Mis à part ça, je vous le recommande vivement.
