Rixos Tersane Istanbul

The room they give us have a lot of dust, they give misleading information about the room at trip.com should have a bathtub at bathroom but actually don’t have, I’m book this hotel because they offer late check out at trip.com but they don’t want to give late check out with a reason the hotel have a lot of booking but when we check on reservation still have a lot of room still available.. I’m a traveller been travel to turkey since 2013 every year come to Istanbul but this hotel is totally not so good.. better book other 5 star hotel with better services.. trust me a lot better hotel at Istanbul..

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms, hotel amenities and service were excellent. Breakfast world best. From Sushi to Ice cream and everything in between. Definitely coming back as hotel Testers that’s a big compliment and achievement! Price if totally reasonable. For family’s and kids the Nickelodeon Play Pass is great, fir me and my wife (mid twenties) it was at least as much fun tho. Min. 9.2/10

An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel has this rare ability to make you want to stay in and fully embrace the moment, everything invites you to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy the atmosphere. It’s more than just a stay, it’s a feeling. What truly sets this place apart is the team. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a memorable experience. A special thank you to Kubra and Pélin for their kindness and impeccable service. A place I would return to without hesitation.
