Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.

Location is not so perfect but hotel self was very good with good price. Friendly and helpful personel.

My stay here was 'terrible' first because the hotel is in a run down area and very far from public transport. Very far from the real Istanbul. Second, the reception staff did not help me satisfactorily... I don't recommend it, on the contrary I say not far from this option for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful City...

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. fantastic gym and pool (it would be more convenient if they were open earlier daily)

This is by far the WORST HOTEL you can stay at. The hotel is not clean, the rooms are not cleaned properly, the staff are not hospitable, the hotel provides you with used shampoo and conditioner!!! The location is in an industrial area, nothing around you not even a supermarket. The hotel management refuses to acknowledge anything you tell them. The five stars is actually two stars. اسوء فندق... الغرف وسخه، اللحلاف الي تنام عليه وسخ، الشامبو والصابورن الي يعطو الك مستعمل من قبل شخص قبلك. كادر الفندق لا يفهم بالضيافه، ولا النظافة.. ابتعد و ريح راسك، و لا يغرك السعر.

Very nice stay.

Absolutely terrible hotel! I am so beyond disappointed and unfortunately it has put off me ever coming back to Istanbul. We were travelling to Dubai via Istanbul so we stayed a night at this beautiful city. However, upon arrival in the early hours of the morning we were told to pay more than double then what we paid. We were arguing with the staff until 4 in the morning. We even showed them proof that the booking has been paid for as stated in our Trip booking and showed them our bank statements yet that was not enough proof for them. In the end given how tired we were we just agreed to pay them a “deposit” which we will get back at the time of check out. When check out time came my niece dropped their very old computer. The rim of the computer came off. They blamed that their computer is running slow as my 7 year old niece dropped it. We agreed without any hesitation to pay for it through my sister’s insurance which covered accidental damage. We showed them the insurance documents however they were insisting on cash and wasn’t prepared to take a claim from the insurance. Luckily the gentleman that was sat next to the computer that my niece had broke worked in the IT department and he checked the computer and he said that their is morning wrong with the computer internally. Their own IT technician didn’t even know where to put the plug into the computer to get it working, I had to tell them that. The screen wasn’t cracked and it was running like the other computers they had, very slow as they were very old. In the end the hotel rang the police on us and not once did the police come up to us and spoke to us and found the hotel being ridiculous for not making a claim on the insurance. In the end no claim was made as the hotel knew they were in the wrong. They were so incredibly rude and racist.

Won’t recommend breakfast, location wise is ok close to airport and got a train station nearby 10 mins uphill walk

The hotel is very clean and service is excellent. The room we were given was spacious and truly non-smoking room. It was cleaned every day by pleasant staff. Overall all l, our stay was excellent at Tryp by Wyndham, Basin Ekspres.
