Mukarnas Taksim Hotel recensioner

In terms of the location the hotel is perfectly situated very close to taksim square and almost on Istiklal street which means it’s very close to the metro also, Hotel itself is small with a very small lobby and extremely small rooms. However the rooms are clean and all amenities available except the tv which is not smart. Also the rooms have no view at all and face a dead wall. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast and service is excellent and the reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. The main good feature of this hotel is location and worst aspect is the no view claustrophobic environment of the room. The bathroom is very clean and showers are also great. Umbrellas are not available in the hotel for guests. Overall not a bad experience for the price.

The hotel's location is very strategic, very close to Taksim Square. The hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is delightful.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. This is only due to the manager on July 8th. He went to me and my family while having breakfast and asked for more money in front of all people having breakfast. I made booking through trip.com and it clearly states in reservation that it is for 3 people including 1 kid. He refused to accept this reservation as he said his reservation is made through ******* and is made for only 2 people. It is a shame the way he was treating us although I already paid for 3 rooms. He also made me pay 60 euro for using the same room as my wife when checking in for no good reason as my name was included in the two other rooms that I previously booked. Shame on him and on the owner who made this guy a manager for his property. He needs to attend a course of how treat people right. Unfortunately, he ruined the whole experience as everyone else in the hotel was really nice.

Excellent service. Nice breakfast with vast variety. Good location with easy access to Metro and Taksim Square.

Location is good for the price. The only thing I don’t like is breakfast. It’s not so great and the staff are so annoying. Leave me alone, I’m eating. I’m not giving you a tip for a free breakfast. One thing I don’t like about Turkey.

이스티클랄 거리와 탁심 광장 모두 가까워서 좋았어요! (공항 버스 정류장과는 조금 거리가 있음) 방 크기 자체는 크지 않지만 편안하고 욕실 물이 잘 나와 좋아요 :) 특히 조식이 너무 잘 갖추어져 있고 직원 모두 친절합니다. 가격 대비 만족하였습니다!

房間舒適乾淨，服務很好，靠近獨立大街，交通位置十分優越，可以走路到所有景點。 設施齊全， 衞生不錯， 環境安靜，服務很好。早餐很豐盛，以後如果來Istanbul,還會訂。

設施：很一般的快捷酒店，能達到基本的乾淨衞生，設備比較老舊，衞生間的燈會發出滋滋的電流聲，水管放水的時候也很響，熱水壺位置的插頭不好用，插不進去。 服務：前台看我一個人入住，讓housekeeping幫我把兩個床併到一起，吃早飯的時候明明還有很多空位，我坐在四人位被服務員趕了，讓我坐一張桌子的位子，最後我坐到了一個當地旅遊團中間，婆婆媽媽吵得頭疼，到我吃完整個餐廳也沒坐滿，那張四人位坐了兩個人。

Расположение отеля удобное, близко до метро и основных достопримечательностей. Отель расположен в стороне от основной улице, поэтому шума слышно не было. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Персонал приветливый, особенно работающий в ресторане во время завтрака. Комнату убирали качественно и каждый день. На Новый год были небольшие подарки от отеля, что очень приятно.

酒店很好，在獨立大街鬧中取靜，離巴士站大概10分鐘的距離。很方便。逛街也很方便。 設施：早餐在地下一層，小哥大叔都很熱情

관광객 대상으로는 위치가 최고 입니다. 탁심 번화가가 바로 앞입니다. 출장자는 위치 고려하세요. 도로가 좁아 차 들어오기가 매우 힘들어요.
