Windsor Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul recensioner

Would give it a solid 3.5 stars coming to 4 by Australian standards but wouldn’t call it a 5 star. A little messy, rough around the edges and clumsy service. Had to ask a multiple times for help regarding a bath that didn’t hold water or lights that flicked annoyingly like strobe lights. Also I was by reception many times about my child coming, I don’t have a child and had to make that clear on multiple occasions !? The facilities are actually nice , ie pool and baths etc but wasn’t really made aware or found in the maze of areas until the end to my trip :( Breakfast was decent!

It's time to check in. The hotel has no rooms for check-in. The staff told me to wait 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, they told me to wait again for 15 minutes. Inappropriate problem solving

It’s was a nice hotel having all amenities, staff is also very humble and friendly. Overall experience is good. Breakfast was also good.

I was with my daughter and it was a great experience for us the Hotel was amazing in cleaning and Stuff were great and very nice to help The breakfast was good and everything was fresh and delicious Our room was in a 5th floor we had a good view of the city and pool The bath tub was so clean to use. We will stay here again soon 😇 Thank you for everything

We had a fantastic stay here at Windsor. The breakfast was very good and different everyday. The staff were very friendly.

Very great hotel, great amenities , clean rooms and the staff is just exceptional. Breakfast is typical turkish breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Spa, swimming pool, sauna and Hamham were well maintained. The gym is extraordinary, I have never seen in my life a hotel with a gym this size it is so well maintained ,has great quality machines and even a boxingring. Overall I enjoyed my stay, everything was just perfect. Would definitely come again.

Loved everything . Everyone was so welcoming who worked there. Would deffo recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Istanbul with a decent swimming pool .

The staff are very rude, no smiles on the faces , even when we thank them after walking out of breakfast they will just make don't know. Generally the staffs in this hotel are not helpful and it's far from city. It states 5star but it doesn't feel like one
