From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, professional service, and the overall comfort of the hotel. My room was clean, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my window – it was truly unforgettable and made my stay even more special. The amenities, dining options, and the convenient location added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The experience wasn’t good, the hotel staff were very lazy and lack of professionalism. One of my worst hotel experience.

My recent stay at the Marriott Istanbul Şişli was disappointing. The duvet on the bed was thin providing little warmth. The rooms lacked proper noise insulation, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Despite paying for a 39-square-meter room, I received a cramped corner room. The elevator was outdated and excruciatingly slow. Cleanliness was a major issue: the room and corridors were dusty, with dirty cups and trash left unattended for days. Towels had hair on them, and the cleaning service was subpar. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The service of the hotel was terrible, and the front desk was not very enthusiastic. After checking in, a waiter came in and locked the refrigerator and left. This is obvious discrimination. Since it is not allowed, why did you lock it after I checked in? Poor service, I stayed in the worst Marriott!

Our room was at the 25th floor and it had a nice view of the Golden Horn and the area towards Osmanbay metro st. We could even see the Hagia Sofhia in the distance. Everything was nice in the room except for the bathroom where my wife found a long strand of black hair on the floor. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Swimming pool is large, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are great. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection of food. Hotel staff always nice, smiling and helpful. Altogether, we had a positive experience on our 9th wedding anniversary.
