MidMar Deluxe Hotel recensioner

The hotel is very noisy. They did NOT clean the floor of my bathroom during all my stay there (4 nights). The second day they did not enter to arrange the room, when I asked why, the answer was that I had pressed the DND (DO NOT DISTURB) button, something that was an excuse because no DND button was pressed. The TV has no foreign channels, everything in turkish. The TV is incorporated in the wall and no chance to put a usb stick to watch anything else. When I entered some supposed fresh fruits was on the table for welcome. The last day they remained there untouched!!!

地理位置不錯，總的來説還是可以的，就是老酒店，隔音一般般，但是入住會送果盤那些的就還挺好的，服務也很可以。

We actually did not stay in the hotel but we went to ask for advice and the staff were so helpful, going the extra mile and beyond to help us even if we were not guests. A big thank you to Barbaros, he is amazing and he made our day. You are the best!!!

The breakfast is fresh and good test. Fresh Fruites. All personel are ready to help you.. There is super terrace restaaurant. Specially Thanks to the restaurant personel too. If I need to go back to istanbul Sure I will go back to Midmar Hotel.

We were looking a hotel the area for hospital we need to go. All personel is ready to help you.Omar is the best person we meet in Istanbul. He upgraded our room with Jacuzzi.. He finded taxi to everywhere we need. Thanks a lot to him. Breakfast is realy good. Hot and pastry things. Fresh and different. Thanks to all personel off midmar hotel.

First off all; Thanks to Omar.. He and personel helped us for everything else. The breakfast is limited. But fresh and good test. If you need to take something extra they do it excatly with reasonable prices. You must have a dinner and test special meals. Specially Thanks to the restaurant personel too. I need to go back IStanbul for hospital at May. Sure Iw will stay at Midmar Hotel.

My family and I visited this hotel and from the first moment we were made to feel welcomed and cared for. 24 hour service with a smile The clean room,my children were enjoying the facilities provided for them while my wife and I enjoyed our time. Highly recommend

The hotel is dirty, Cleaning is very poor. There is no soap in the shower sooa containers, probably like this in every room, If you turn off the aircondition you have to call the receiption. Hardly anyone speaks English of the staff you neednto speaknto. 95% is through Google Translator giving rise to misunderstanding and frustration. Gym. There is a gym which was probably nice when it was new but it is very limited equipment. Threadmil makes a lot of nice and is not useable. There is probably 85 decibel noise as the door opposite leads to an engine room which needs ventilation. That means the AIR quality is so bad that after some situps You will like to go. There is an aircondition in the room you can switch on but whennthe doors are full open this gave no effect. Spa and Sauna. The Sauna and steam bad was good. Clean and working, so was the showers. The Jaccussi is cold water (23 c ?) Forget about the massage from the airbubles but it was nice to enter after a sauna. Food Is very expensive and there is hardly any resturant in the near proximy which serves other food than Turkish. You do get bored og eating Borek and Kebab for breakfast,lunch and dinner. You can walk 20 minutes to a shopping mal where there is Burger King ! Remember this is a suburban city...local food ,local shops...nothing else.

Hotel service was terrible. Room not clean, room supplies had something missing everyday and was told they don't give toiletry packs (i.e cotton buds, cotton wool pads etc) only to find one in my room the next day. Cups are plastic and never washed just put back dirty upside down on the stand. Everyday something missing in room either water, coffee, toilet roll etc. Lobby staff do face time with relatives loudly so all can hear. Staff also loudly discussing and arguing over what another member of staff had said or done. No concern for guests overhearing all in the lobby. Only 2 members of staff attempted to do their job professionally, a young man who was at breakfast every morning and a young girl who escorted me arrival to my room along with the bell boy who was one of the loud and not caring staff. I had a busy schedule and was out all day and the bed was clean and the most comfortable I've ever slept in so suffered everything else. Breakfast leaves a lit to be desired and only do outside packet service for evening meals. Nothing available on site and no menu. Will not be staying again! Pay the difference and go 5 star as this hotel felt like a 2 star.

Я была в отеле с 9 по 12 октября 2024г. Мне понравился отель очень уютный.Ресепшин ребята вежливые отзывчивые , единственное интернет не важный . Комната маленькая но чистая и уютная . Завтраки очень даже приличные , куча фруктов , овощей , сладостей , ресторан приличный , один недостаток не знала ни турецкого ни английского . Все очень вежливые , чистота . Благодарю всех работников отеля . Рада была что хоть один русский был на ресепшн ото бы я не разрулила свои просьбы , ребята молодцы все до единого . Шагиахмедова Рашида.

Wir haben es zufällig ausgewählt, weil es ganz in der Nähe der Klinik lag, die wir zur Behandlung in Istanbul aufsuchten. Wir übernachteten in einem Hotel, das erschwinglich war und genau das, was wir wollten. Vor allem die befreundeten Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksgenuss auf der Terrasse und vor allem die frischen Kuchen waren großartig. Wenn wir zur Untersuchung ins Krankenhaus gehen, übernachten wir wieder im Midmar Hotel.

Camere pulite e grandi. Lo staff è pronto ad aiutarvi per tutto il vostro soggiorno. Buona colazione al ristorante Terrace e buona cena turca. puoi stare con la tua famiglia. L'hotel è a pochi passi dai trasporti pubblici. Devo tornare a Istanbul i prossimi 2 monti e tornerò di nuovo al MidMar Hotel.
