Room is small ,, noise and hitting at was trouble

Very nice place. I was there 2 years ago and I really liked the place so I came back. Very friendly and helpful people runs the business. Highly recommended.

We booked economy double room, we thought we booked the room with little balcony but it wasn't. Management said it caused the booking sites with shared-data. Besides the disappointment of our hype about that tiny balcony, it wasn't a problem for us but maybe that would be important for you. That was the best location with that price, so possibly we will stay there oftenly. Thanks for everything.

Amenties very so so. There is no shower gel and tooth brush and only one towel. Service also so so, when I came back to front desk to ask shower gel that he didn't know my want, he came with me to room then understand what I want he asked me to take soap to the front desk (he supposed to gave me to my room, is it). Location so far okay. Cleaness average

Location is superb, like center of that area, 5-7 min from Galato Tower and Main BAZAAR. 15 min walk from Taksim Square. But the staff was quite rude, didn't want us to see and entertain. We reached there 1 hour earlier only and he didn't allow us to check-in. Other than that rooms were very small even one person hardly live there. Cleaning was ok. No room service.

The staff was really lovely and helpfull ! The hotel is located in a cool neighborhood, but in the weekend it becomes a bit festive (It didn't bother us, but it's good to know). The noise isolation of the room was not optimum but for the price I will not complain. We had a lovely stay and would warmly recommend the place!
