Gute Lage aber laut. Für uns als Pärchen war es in Ordnung, da wir immer spät aufs Zimmer gegangen sind und die Nachbarschaft dann auch irgendwann ruhig war. Leider war vieles von der Ausstattung in einem schlechten Zustand. Fernseher lies sich nicht bedienen, der Fön und Wasserkocher waren teilweise kaputt. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Preis-Leistung ist gut, besonders für die Lage.

Terrible! Everything broken, falling apart! Windows dusty, limeccale in bathroom, ceiling almost collapsed, AC working as a tractor Bathroom never cleaned properly, full of mould and limescale.. No idea of health and safety: maids cleaning in slippers.... No security also. You could have gone to breakfast and dinner any day as at no point they asked for your name or room number Lots of guests complaining about the same issue. No one cared. .

In one word, an awful hotel. In details, the hotel have dark, old design, and old fashion rooms and furnitures and atmosphere, with many stairs to get into the restaurant for the breakfast. Although in the hotel services was written the room has minibar, my room didn't have. I complained to the reception for that, he said they don't have an empty room to change my room with a room with minibar, it was in the middle of the summer, imagine how hard is to spend the time without minibar. I gave them some of my stuff to put it in their refrigerator, but they kept it in room temperature and all my stuffs were spoiled!!!! The other day I had angrily a serious argument with the reception and finally they provide a minibar from nowhere!!!!! In breakfast time, there was no toaster for broad and the breakfast had with very limited items to eat. Another suprising point was that the safety box was not attached to the wall/closet and any one could easily move it from your room! I am totally disappointed for my reservation and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you wanna be close to the Istiqlal st. for shopping purposes& irresponsible staffs don't bother you.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, the location is great and near to all cool places you need, but the rooms are somehow old and not very comfy, small bedrooms, poor services quality and poor breakfast. I do not recommend it for families, but if you just want to stay for 1 night or 2 you can stay here because it’s near subway stations and main streets.

Very bad، rooms are very small , work team need communication skills course,breakfast is the same every day,very noisy, not clean, we change this bad hotel with another clean hotel. لا انصح به ابدا الغرف صغيرة جدا و تحتاج لصيانة الحمامات تالفة طاقم العمل سيئ في التعامل مزعج جدا لقربه من اكبر ملهى ليلي الفطور مكرر يوميا
