Skalion Hotel & Spa

Bad experience in this hotel we haven't sleep good due to noises everywhere lobby,besides rooms, elevator and stairs can be heard. No privacy. Rooms so small and dirty. We booked 26.12-30.12 2 rooms but on our first day we wanted to checkout ASAP because of misinformation hotel Put in there web page this is not a 4 stars hotel. 1 star is the right rate for this hotel. Don't be scam by there nice advertisement expectations vs reality is a big difference. Not worth it price for this crap hotel.

Also ich war schon in vielen Hotels aber das ist das schlimmste Hotel in den ich war wirklich eine Zumutung die Fotos die sie in der Seite zeigen und in der Realität sind 2 verschiedene Welten. Die Lage ist ok man kann zu Fuß zum großen pazar und noch win paar andere Sehenswürdigkeit zu Fuß erreichen aber man muss halt Estes’s laufen und eine steile Straße hoch. Man kann die nächtlich besuche von Frauen hören die das Hotel besuchen win Familien Hotel ist es auf jedenfalls nicht.

Our experience with Skalion Hotel and Spa was excellent from start to finish. Our room was really spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and we had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety, and it was all delicious! We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening, and it was also delicious. The rooftop terrace was an excellent place to relax and watch the sun set. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. They offered advice on tours and sightseeing, and arranged our transfer to the airport on departure for a very reasonable rate. My only regret was that I didn't have time to try out the spa. Next time I definitely want to book a scrub and massage. The hotel was well located, and it was easy to access both public transport and taxis from this location. I would definitely recommend Skalion Hotel and Spa, and look forward to staying with them again in the future. I came on this holiday with my elderly father, who has always wanted to visit Istanbul. We made many special memories together seeing all the wonderful sights that this amazing city has to offer. Amongst our favourite sights were going on a Bosphorus Boat Tour, seeing the Blue Mosque, and visiting the Basilica Cistern. There are so many wonderful sights that it is impossible to see them all in one trip, so we'll just have to come back another time. We booked our holiday through British Airways Holidays and got a really good package that included flights, baggage, and hotel. It also goes without saying that our flights with British Airways were excellent as always. The crew were wonderful, and everything ran smoothly. They are always my airline of choice. This was how we discovered Skalion Hotel and Spa, and we were really happy that we chose this hotel. We look forward to our next visit, and would definitely recommend Skalion Hotel and Spa when staying in Istanbul.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is fairly priced considering breakfast is included at a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city and sea. The staff were very kind and accomodating, moving us to a quiter room. The doorway to the new room was low and I hit my head a couple of times. Thanks for patching me up! It is difficult remembering to duck! You do feel welcome. This hotel is a few minutes downhill from the Grand Bazaar and metro etc. Book a hotel transfer from them and they can keep an eye on things (leave plenty of time for the transfer to arrive at IST). If you walk away (20 minutes) from the tourist spot, you can great food without being overcharged. Drinking alcohol in a restaurant will seriously add to your bill. Luckily we aren't into that.

Absolutely awful place. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Tiny dark rooms, not very clean. boring, repetitive breakfast. Very steep hill to climb to centre, need a good level of fitness. Definitely not a 4 star, and very overpriced. Unfriendly staff, really ruined my holidays, would definitely not recommend or would never stay here again even at a reduced rate. Sorry

I stayed with my family in skalion hotel and spa for one week it was very very good stay everything was perfect the staff were very helpful and kind the breakfast morning was very good with a nice view from the top soo thank you to the staff that they work there

I stayed at Skalion hotel this month and Iam very very satisfied with the quality and the service that I had there so the restaurant staff was so professional they were very friendly and knowledgeable we will absolutely back again to the hotel

It was a excellent stay at the hotel, it was very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff especially Mariam, Natia, the Manager, the cleaner, infact all staff were were very friendly, very helpful and they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time at the hotel and enjoy Instanbul. I will definately stay at the hotel again!
