Byggnaden är gammal och du kan le avloppsvatten udda i badrummet. Handdukar är vända och gamla.
Den är okej i storlek, men luftkonditioneringen är mycket dålig. Mitt i natten blir det varmt.

There is nothing inside the minibar, room service just bring foods(cocktails etc. doesn’t offered.), not only toilet reservoir is not working properly but also hair dryer is an ancient thing.
It is not like 5 star hotel. I would give 3 stars.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly ventilated, with the AC failing to cool properly, leaving temperatures above 27°C and no fresh air. Opening the window brought in exhaust fumes and loud traffic noise, making it unbearable. The small room and lack of oxygen created a highly uncomfortable environment.Staff was friendly and polite, despite they could not help. While the breakfast was decent, the overall experience was far from acceptable, falling short of even basic standards. Not recommended.

Everything is OK, nice and helpful staff. Gym is a bit small but they have sauna and steam, breakfast non-remarkable. Rooms clean and spaceous.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family. Our overall experience was quite positive. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality of the food was good. The breakfast staff were devoted to their tasks. Zeynep hanım made sure we had our omelettes every morning :) The room and the beddings were clean. The location is not the best if you are looking for a tourist area. But it is very close to a metro station. My suggestion for improvement would be removal of carpets from the rooms and switching to hardwood flooring, considering allergic guests. In the overall I would recommend this hotel.
