I had reserved a Sea View room through your platform, but upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they no longer had any Sea View rooms available. Instead, we were offered a City View room, which is smaller and less expensive than what we originally booked. At that time I had contact with the reception, but they told me that they had not any solutions, and I need to contact with them by email. I wrote them by email but haven’t received any responses yet.

I stayed in Seatanbul just for one night. The hotel is situated in an extremely good location especially if you want to go sight seeing to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Rooms are very basic and standard which is ideal for the price you pay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I loved my stay. The stuff is nice and i got free upgrade for the room. It’s a perfect hotel close to all the famous attractions. The view from the room was gorgeous.

The location of the hotel is quite appealing, offering ocean views. However, it is situated near the train tracks, which can be somewhat noisy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, there was a power outage that lasted for almost an hour, which was unexpected for a hotel. Additionally, the showerhead in our room was broken. Despite these issues, our stay was satisfactory overall.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The whole place was spotless, and you could tell they take great pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a place with top-notch service, cleanliness, and breathtaking seaside views, this hotel is definitely the way to go. I can't wait to come back!😃😃😃

Great hotel, I felt at home...nice room (facing the sea), kind and helpful reception, contrags guys. When I arrived I was welcomed with fruit, water and chocolates, which are always available in the entrance hall. Great location, just a few steps to The Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. I would recommend Seatanbul to my friends.

酒店的衛生程度非常惡劣，尤其廁所強差人意 提供的用品（梳）也有用過的痕跡！ 酒店鄰近鐵路，比較嘈吵，而且門鎖也是破舊的！ 床單上也有污跡，價錢大約$800一晚！不會再入住了！

酒店服務很好，老闆很nice，有接送機服務，可以提前預約，有人指引帶上車，因為在老闆那租了車，所以房間給我們做了升級，隔壁還有老闆的餐廳，裏面的紅酒、瓦罐牛肉、羊排…都很贊～真的就是一條龍服務😊
