Excellent hotel with a good price, excellent location, very friendly staff, breakfast could just be a little more varied

Amazing place and super clean and location nears from metro  Only the AC was not that much good

Hotel was in a great location, close to the tram and all of Istanbul’s attractions

Отличный отель. Удобное место расположения, рядом метро в пределах 100 метров, трамвай станция Университет 3 мин пешком. Хорошие завтраки, уютный ресторан на 7 этаже, открывается шикарный вид на город и пролив. Уборка ежедневно.

Хороший отель, ресторан с видом на город и Босфор на 7-ом этаже. Если бы персонал не забывал добавлять чистые полотенца, было бы замечательно. Нужно проявлять настойчивость. Но приветливые, толерантные, в этом смысле всё отлично.

Плюсы отеля: хорошее местоположение относительно главных достопримечательностей, отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки. Минусы: запах затхлости в номере, сильный запах канализации в ванной комнате, громкая музыка караоке из кафе допоздна, уборщица забывала ставить воду в номер, нет балкона.

Все было довольно хорошо, но единственное что было прям плохо это шум по ночам. На 7 этаже какой-то клуб, который работает до 2 ночи. Довольно сложно уснуть при таких басах

Es war in der Nähe von Grand Basar , sehr leckeres Essen in Restaurant unten , die Schwimmbad leider etwas klein, sehr lecker Frühstück Buffe und genug Auswahl, die Personal war auch sehr nett und freundlich. Mir hat richtig gefallen kann nur empfehlen

Absolutely Terrible – Do Not Stay Here! I don’t even know where to start. This hotel is NOTHING like the photos. It’s old, run-down, and just awful. If you’re thinking of getting a good night’s sleep—forget it! I went to bed at 3 AM every night because the noise was unbearable. It felt like the walls were made of paper, and the staff couldn’t care less. I did read the reviews but I dis not think could be this bad! I am not very sensitive when I sleep but It was like I was in the middle of a disco bar The room? Horrible. Outdated, uncomfortable, and just depressing. I wanted to cry. The whole place feels like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, I was counting the days until I could leave. Do yourself a favor—stay anywhere else. This place will ruin your trip.

Although the rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the location gives easy access to the city, I will never ever stay here again! I regret booking this hotel as I have not had one good night sleep. The loud music from the surrounding clubs and restaurants have waken me up in the middle of the night and I have not been able to get a restfull night sleep, which has been unfortunate as I am trying rest up on my holiday. So nice hotel, but not if you can not sleep through noise.
