My money was stolen from the room . I keot euro 2500 and Chf 650 in my locked luggage in the room . It was inside the envelope, the money was stolen . Don’t use this hotel . Their staffs are thief

Very good location and facilities, good price and clean and good location

From 13 to 18 July 2024, we stayed with our family in this hotel and in the beautiful city of Istanbul for one week :The advantages of the hotel are as follows The hotel is very close to Taksim Square and Esteghlal Street, 2 to 3 minutes walk away. The hotel has excellent access to the public transportation system. There are enough supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel.The bus station is on one floor below Taksim Square and the metro station is two floors below Taksim Square. Despite being crowded around the hotel, there is a good peace inside the hotel. The hotel has 4 floors and the rooms are spacious and suitable. The hotel has a clean and usable swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast of the hotel is varied and appropriate, and the breakfast serving area is large and has a view of the street. The internet speed of the hotel is very good. The air conditioning system of the hotel has a very good cooling system. Airport buses are stationed next to the Point Hotel, which is a short walking distance from the Parma Hotel. On a return trip to Istanbul, one of the options is to choose this hotel and the Midtown Hotel. Best and safe location, helpful kind ,caring staff, spacious rooms .satisfying douche with high pressure hot water. No polution with clean and comfortable bed make you sleep tight. Fabulous breakfast. In addition there are hammam , pool ,gym and etc. Recommend the place highly 👌 👌

Although Our room was very small , Staff was very kind and respectful Breakfast had enough food and drinks! Pool was great but small too. Minibar was empty they don’t charge it Hotel’s Location is the best feature of the hotel, it was near metro, bus station and tourist attractions. Price was good and totally I recommend it to everyone!

I think this hotel is one of the best options for those who want to be close to Taksim Square. Great location, has very helpful and kind staff, good food, bigger room compared to other hotels in that region, neat and comfy. The only problem was the cold water in the pool and when I asked why it was so cold they said it is the standard temperature for pools but I don't think so

The hotel was great and the staff is very carefull. Specially kamuran he was very carefull to all of us. The breackfast was very good and the room clean and was cleaned everyday. I recommand the hotel very highly……………………………………………….. …………….

Booked a superior room for a family of 3 ! At the check-in , the receptionist told us that the room we booked is not available! So we ended up in a standard room, in-front of a bar , which makes it impossible to sleep at night , moved to another room , where the cigarette smell was coming from the A/c vents , which was weird as its a non smoking hotel , had to move again in the middle of the night as my daughter couldn’t sleep as the smell gets intense at night . Some of the staff were super friendly, some weren’t ! 1st and last time we book in The parma taksim .

This hotel is located so close to taksim square , something like 50 meter, hotel quality, cleanness, design, lobby size is perfect, staff are so caring, polite, room service is on a daily basis and very good. Breakfast quality is great, room size is acceptable. It is recommended to all tourist to join here. I would like to thank hotel management.

Very clean hotel, staff helpful, welcoming and very polite. The location is close to taksim square and at same time quiet. The breakfast is rich in variety We spent a nice experience and gorgeous holidays with friends We also tried the spa Turkish bath it was not bad

It is the second time that we travel to istanbul and with compare with our last hotel (the central palace hotel in takism) If is very nice hotel with good room and bath The room is very clean and have nice people in hotel It is very close to taksim square but not noisy We suggest it is like to stay in this area

Una piacevole scoperta! La posizione dell’hotel è ottima. A 6 minuti dalla fermata di Havabüs (l’autobus che porta all’aeroporto di Sabiha Gökçen) e 2 minuti dalla piazza Taksim e 4 minuti contati dal famoso corso della città, Istiklal! In piazza Taksim c’è anche la Metro che è ben collegata per visitare la città e ovviamente se scendete dalla via verso il Bosforo a piedi (circa 20 min) arriverete a Dolmabahce senza dover prendere i mezzi. Veniamo all’hotel: MOLTO PULITA! la camera è pulita e carina e cosa dire del personale? Molto professionali e accoglienti. Ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa. La colazione salata molto variegata e buona ma un po’ scarsa di dolci. D’altronde la colazione turca è salata :)

Cidden çok güzel bir otel, çalışanlar çok tatlı ve yardımcılar. Odalar siz istediğiniz zaman temizleniyor, Zübeyde hanım çok cana yakın ve odaya girdiğinizde direkt o temizlik kokusunu alıyorsunuz. Genel olarak herkes güler yüzlü.
