Сарай, одним словом. Приехали заселяться, нас повели в какое-то другое место, полнейшая антисанитария, плесень, прокурено всё. Туалет грязный, всё грязное, дверь деревянная на ключе,и не закрывается. Менеджера как таковой нет. Мы там не остановились, сняли видео для сайта,но нам ни сайт ни отель в кавычках, деньги не вернули. Это тупо кидалово, тут вообще не бронируйте. Полный игнор и со стороны менеджера, и со стороны сайта. На этом сайте, многих объектов просто по факту НЕТ В РЕАЛЬНОСТИ.... Испортили мне отпуск....

我們一家三口在這裏住很合適，房子很大60多平米，可以做飯，暖氣也很暖和，準確的的説這不是酒店而是公寓套房

沒有想象的那麼好，對比價格服務就跟不上。

What a great hotel and absolutely fantastic service. Fatih, Huseyn and Serhat were all great. Treat me and my family exceptionally well. Can’t complain one bit. The rooms were 5star and the service was 5 star too. Kids loves it here and didn’t want to go home. Will definitely be coming back here to this hotel again. Sultanahmet suites thanks so much for the great memories

We arrived to an office. We were then taken to another building about 10 mins walk with our luggage through busy traffic. We were not provided with the room we booked which was a queen room with sea views. There was a damp smell in the rooms like the air conditioned filters had not been changed. there was mould in the shower room. we told the person that these were not the rooms we had booked. But the reply was these are the only rooms available. the three rooms we booked were on three floors connected by a steep staircase. The rooms were not clean and the curtains did not operate properly. We requested a refund but they refused but we still decided to move out and find another better hotel.

We were met by a guy called Dennis. He was very polite and very patient with all of our questions. The room was very clean and had a nice roof top balcony to enjoy the views. Dennis was a very happy guy and makes you feel immediately welcome when you enter. I would definately go back there if I was to visit again. The local traditional Turkish food around the corner he suggested did not disappoint. For the price of a kebab in the center you can get to enjoy their traditional dishes and be very full for half the price, we went back twice. I forgot the name of it unfortunately but a great recommendation 👍

The address takes you to the office and not the accommodation you think you are getting or that you booked. The owner manages several apartments and it is bit of Russian roulette of what is available when you arrive there. The owner is not tourist friendly and seem more set on maximising his profits. You will pay extra than the advertised price if you pay by credit card. Employees were apologetic, saying that they merely worked there. Fortunately there are many other accommodation options in the vicinity at a cheaper rate. There is a posted info on the website about free transfer from the airport if you stay more than 3 days but this was also disputed by the owner - he indicated it was not his website! Too many negatives to give you peace of mind!

Huseyin beye mükemmel konaklama icin tesekkür ederiz. Cocuklu aileler icin kesinlikle uygun ve tavsiye edilir. 👏👏👏 Fiyat olarak uygun, ve odalarin büyük olmasi cocuklu aileler icin büyük bir avantaj. Hijyen ve oda servisi super👏 Istanbulun merkezinde mükemmel bir mekan 🤝

Wir waren vor etwa 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel. Meine Familie, meine Kinder und ich hatten einen Kurzurlaub, aber wir waren mit dem Hotel wirklich zufrieden. Das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal sind wirklich außergewöhnlich und wir werden diesen Ort wieder wählen, wenn wir wieder in die Türkei kommen. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall unserer Familie, Verwandten und Freunden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Darüber hinaus werden abends Erfrischungen aufs Zimmer serviert. Im historischen Halbinselgebiet und direkt unterhalb des Hotels befindet sich ein großes Reisebüro. In der gesamten Türkei werden zahlreiche unterhaltsame Aktivitäten, Touren und Transfers organisiert. Da unser Urlaub kurz war, konnten wir nicht alle Vorteile nutzen. Allein der Manager, Hüseyin Bey, hat uns bei der Bursa-Tour sehr geholfen und wir möchten ihm ganz besonders danken.

Evitate, scorretti e imbroglioni, ho fatto una prenotazione con booking disastro assoluto danno le opzioni sul check in che non rispettano e ti fregano i soldi. State attenti alla prenotazione e leggete bene i contenuti perché poi non vogliono sapere nulla.
