ALYON HOTEL TAKSİM recensioner

Booked this hotel because of it’s perfect location near Taksim and Istiklal. Checking was at 2 pm, but was not ready. They said come back after one hour, we came back after 2 hours but still not ready. When we we finally got the room he apologized before we seen the room for bad cleaning. And it really was. Room was not what we had booked, much much smaller and no balcony. The fridge did not work, the AC had really seen it’s better days but worked, was mended with tape. And it was black mold in the shower. The curtains had slipped out of their tracks and were hanging half out of the track. The beds was not good, bedsprings creaked and you could feel them through the madness. They forgot one bed blanket, I went down to ask for it and they said they would be up with it at 10pm first night, at past 10 we said that they could bring it next day, I slept with a beach blanket. In the next evening still no blanket, it came at 10pm after a reminder. Hotel was fully booked so changing was not possible. Felt sorry for the staff, they were very polite and nice, but short staffed. To bad they don’t maintain a good standard, cause even if the room was small, if they did the maintenance the hotel is in a perfect spot and the room itself, was nice painted.

Worst experience ever. Staff lying, doesn't speak English, tries to take more money, cleaning women is robber she took my rings and golden bracelet and another cleaner guy wanted to fight with me! They don't clean rooms, TV doesn't work, no service, paper, towels, lights very small, bad small and dirty as hell!!

Dolandırıldık. Otelin ücretini öderken açıklama kısmını boş bırakın diye ısrar etti Yücel E. isimli karta para yollamamiz yönünde... iki kere bize soyadımı yanlış yazdınız deyip para yollatti sarı saçlı zayıf o calisan. Eğer paramız gonderilmezse hukuki yollara gireceğiz! Bu otele çok dikkatin edin.

Un hotel catastrophique non digne de ces 3* Il ne vaut mm pas 1* On a réservé une chambre triple et on se retrouve avec un lit d'une place et demi et un matelas sur un support de fer (qui casse le dos) On a demandé au réceptionniste qui nous a dit qu'il a revendu notre chambre originale et nous a dit qu'il nous trouvera un arrangement m L'hotel soit disant bien situé se trouve au coeur de Taksim mais pour y accéder il faut tourner par trois ruelles ) On a payé environs 21 dinars Tunisiens (7€)/jour/personne ( pour un petit dej qui n'est pas digne ( mm pas un buffet juqt tu attends 30 mins pour qu'on t'apporte un plat contenant 3 tranches de tomates un oeuf une tranche de salami et 3 tranches de concombra avec une ricotte pourri même pas un café sans parler du "restaurant " situé en dehors de l'hotel dans un cafe à part) Cerise sur le gâteau le personnel est désagréable avec une impolitesse jamais vue Pour conclure evitez cet hotel ne vous laissez pas tentés par son emplacement soit disant dans le coeur de taksim (Mais en faite il est dans une ruelle mal fréquentée perpendiculaire au quartier principal) Je suppose que les avis favorables sur google sont justes écrits par les employés de l’hôtel

Je vous déconseille vivement de ne pas séjourner dans cet hôtel, une vrai arnaque. Rien n'est bon dans cet hotel seulement son l'emplacement. C'est un hotel sale, la femme de ménage demande ouvertement le pour-boire sans faire le minimum dans la chambre. On ne change pas les serviettes. On a meme réclamé pour avoir des drap pour se couvrir. Tout ca plusieurs fois avant que le personnel fait son travail.
