We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.

It's a wonderful hotel will excellent service, tastefully decorated rooms with a royal Turkish touch, and a nice breakfast spread + separate dishes that they can make for you by order, including omlettes, waffles, pancakes, and the Turkish breakfast delicacy menemem with tomatoes and scrambled egg. I also found out that they serve afternoon tea with some snacks for guests every day. I didn't use their spa, but had the staff took me around to have a look and it's also very nicely decorated and peaceful. Double Room comes with a little balcony as well, and is nicely furnished. There is even a talisman in your room to protect you - thought that was a nice touch. Bathroom is spacious, drains and flush works fine, hot water is actually hot enough not lukewarm. Wifi network in room is also great. Location is good on a quieter side of Sultanahmet, around 7 mins to Eminonu the seaside area and walkable to all the main mosques as well as to Topkapi Palace, around 10-15 mins max. There is a tram that runs to quite a few major places too just a corner away from the hotel.

It was very nice,people,location,breakfast. If I come to Istanbul again, I 'll use here.

Very good location despite cars not being able to stop outside the hotel but one street up. Close to Sofiya Mosque and the Palace. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around.

Okay hotel. Choose the hotel because of its Walking distance to major attractions.

Great location and nice hotel; breakfast reasonably average

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff members. The guys at the reception were very helpful and there was no question they couldn't answer (and we asked A LOT about the city and different locations!). Very clean room, decorated nicely (I love the idea with the ancient shirts which bring luck). We had a honeymoon package and everything was done very well (welcoming drinks, decoration, cake and wine, romantic dinner) Thank you for your hard work! Also the hotel is located in a very convenient spot - close to most of the main sights/restaurants. Highly recommend it!

1、位置：位置非常好。拐彎處就是電車站，走400米左右就是索菲亞教堂、皇宮、考古博物館和地下水宮 2、早餐：雖品種沒大酒店那麼豐富，但勝在有熱食，每天都有粥（住了4晚），烤士豆，雞蛋，還有一個熱菜，生食裏芝士、奶酪的品種豐富，酸奶很稠，新鮮水果和麪包都不錯，我選的幾個麪包都是不甜的，而且還可以單獨點餐，共六種，我點過兩樣：一種是燕麥粥（上面還放了新鮮的草莓和香蕉），一種是Omelette，味道都很不錯。吃完酒店的早餐胃裡沒有負擔，個人感覺相當不錯。 3、服務：整個酒店碰到的服務員都算是熱情的。房間打掃和整理衞生的也比較細緻。 4、酒店還可預訂波斯普魯斯海峽的遊覽，有20歐共3個小時，可以上岸一小時的服務，酒店接送，個人感覺還是很方便。 整體比較推薦。

我們乘坐了商務車到達酒店的，路太小了，超級難開，因為酒店位於老城區，距離景點都是步行可達，超級方便。酒店工作人員態度很好，房間也很有特色，還提供免費下午茶衹是土耳其的甜品真的齁甜齁甜，一點吃不了

Прекрасный отель! В пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей! Персонал выше всяких похвал, некоторые говорят по-русски. Невероятные завтраки ! Номер-королевский! Убирали каждый день, в номере есть кофемашина и все принадлежности для чая/минибар. В следующий визит в Стамбул буду останавливаться только тут! Соотношение цена-качество самое оптимальное

地理位置非常好，去各景點都好方便，前台很熱情，有耐心，對中國人也友好，房間乾淨又大風景又好，美中不足就是床頭太軟，不習慣。床上用品很乾凈，有沐浴露護髮素和身體乳，雖然車不能直接到門口，但是下車也衹是需要走十來米，不影響出行。
