Sultanhan Hotel recensioner

Location was good. Walking distance to Hagia Sophiā, Blue Mosque and others. Restaurant has nice view. I got upgraded, but didn’t have city view after upgrade. I rather had view instead of additional bed.

The hospitality of this hotel is top-notch especially by reception and housekeeping. The hotel gives you a classic luxury vibes. The reception that welcomed us gave us a room with wonderful views. Main attractions like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar are just within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Good location, close to tourist attractions, within walking distance. Breakfast with beautiful view. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

A great hotel in a excellent location easy walk to blue mosque,grand bazar, hagia Sofia and topkapi palace. Rooms were clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. It has a 6th floor restaurant with amazing views of Istanbul and its attractions The only negative was the room I stayed in had an issue with the thermostat making the room very hot however leaving the window open made it bearable to be fair the hotel did offer another room the next day.

Worst customer service ever ! My trip was cancelled one day and I called the hotel to reschedule but they were very disrespectful and did not want to make the change. They even changed me the full reservation and don’t care about my problems. Please, stay away from this hotel !

The view from its breakfast bar is quite nice. You can see all the mosques include Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. They also offer fresh fruits including cherries for breakfast. Staff are nice and friendly too!

Loved their hospitality, as we were allowed an early check in which is highly appreciated.

We were offered a free breakfast before check-in while we wait for the room to be ready and they provided a free room upgrade. Thus, the service is impeccable. That said, the facilities are a little old and the toilet as well as room doors are hard to close. The rooftop breakfast area has a great 360 deg view though with hotel in a great location. Value for money and definitely a must book if you will like to explore the area around.

Sultanhan hotel is in the heart of old Istanbul, therefore it's a bit of an effort to get in and out with a vehicle during day time traffic. But it's conveniently located.

Good location. Within the Sultanahmet area. The tourist attractions are within walking distance and the Grand Bazaar was just like 5 minutes away. The rooftop restaurant has an excellent view if the Blue mosques and Hagia Sofia. It is a small hotel but very good service.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast with a view was great get there before 10am for full selection as they don’t replenish. Bathroom was a bit dated and could do with regrouting as this is supposedly 4* accom. Used hammam once and the lady was very nice-full nude required though
