Service is very good but toilet door is not good working because if your roommate is sleeping and you want to enter toilet it’s noisy .

Very friendly staff and breakfast very nice and also good location nearby sultan ahmed

It is my big mistake to choose stay at this hotel, totally disaster. No manner and bad attitude of the manager to guest! Broken AC, no replenishment of mineral water (only provide 200 ML on the first night). The worst part is the public parking, mention only 80 lira for every day but in fact much higher thank this. it is a quite far from hotel and the space is not guaranteed even you’re the hotel guest.

Excellent location … great staff … night staff helped us to get early breakfast when we had to leave early morning to catch our flight … very friendly people … highly recommended …

Отличный отель за свои деньги,чисто и приятно в нем находиться. Завтраки хорошие,персонал дружелюбный. Уборка проводилась ежедневно. Спасибо за хорошо проведенное время и сервис.

We booked a room for 3 people, and we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (6 January-10 January). What should we mention first? The excellent hospitality? How well kept is the hotel? The location? The stuff? When we arrived late at night we were greeted and welcomed at the front office by one very polite and kind gentleman, Mr. Tufan and he provided us with extremely helpful information regarding our stay and what we might do in the city. Our room was 201 and the room itself was very clean, comfortable, soundproof with a double bed and a single bed. We would love it to be more spacious, because we found it quite small for 3 people, but that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was included in the price, and we must say that it was worth it! Every morning we were greeted by some lovely and hardworking ladies that made sure nothing was missing in the buffet. The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious and warm. We were so satisfied with our breakfast, that we never got to eat outside. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was tidy almost every single day, changed our sheets, restocked our amenities, and when there were clothes lying around our room, they folded the clothes for us. We really appreciated that. One night we were out of water bottles, and we called reception if we could have some, and they came to our room and gave us some with no extra charge. We are so thankful for that! Also, the hotel itself was very clean. The location was absolutely great. The grand bazaar was 5 minutes walking, there was a tram and a metro nearby, so it was easy for us to use those means of transport without having to take a taxi. We had a late flight back to our country so when it was time for our check-out at 12 pm we asked to store our luggage in the storage room, and they also let us stay in the lobby area until it was time to go. Very hospitable of them. We would like to give a special thanks to the stuff, they were extremely helpful and nice, hardworking people who helped us with everything during our stay. And lastly we would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Tufan in the reception. He was very helpful with everything we needed, whether that was information or anything else to do with the hotel or the city. He was very kind and always greeted us with a smile! Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. They helped us to exchange money and provided useful transport information. Zeyna (lobby staff) and Bahar (house keeping) in particular were very friendly and made our stay that much better. We had the breakfast buffet for the 5 days we stayed, it was great! There was a wide selection of savoury and sweet options. Definitely tasty and filling. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the Alphonse very much.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Friendly, kind, fun, informative and made our four night in Istanbul very special. Our room was basic. It was cleaned every day and the shower was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the coffee was great. The catering staff were lovely. Language is not a barrier. The hotel is in the Old City and near to many sightseeing places, plus the tram. It is a lively area but that is Istanbul. Near to loads of restaurants, plus an area of restaurants that are able to sell alcohol if that is what you enjoy with dinner.

Выбирая путешествие, все таки опираюсь на отзывы. Может и мой поможет) отель соответствует 3* ну вот полностью! Номера уютные, немного изношенные и маленькие , но это не портит общее впечатление. Завтраки просто огонь. Уборка и полотенца каждый день, белье раз в три дня, персонал приветливый, всегда рады и готовы помочь! Так что за небольшие деньги получаешь даже больше!
