Arts Hotel Harbiye - Special Class recensioner

It is a nice place to stay, the staff are very helpful. However, the bed and cushions weren't that comfy. According to the upgrade we have done, the minimum should have a comfy bed.

Good location, good hotel. It was big and good room. We enjoyed. Good and kind staff. Thanks for testy coffee on the first floor cafe.

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service..

Don’t book lower category , always book high category in this hotel.

The experience was very bad, there is no spaciousness in the reception and no help when needed, as well as the facial expressions are not welcoming, as for cleanliness, it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever tried in my life.

I stayed here for a few days and for the amount I paid, this hotel was very disappointing. There were stains on the bed even after it was cleaned. I made a complaint and the way I was made to feel was not nice. The hotel staff were generally nice and happy to help which was good. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room and toilet. I will not be returning.
