The location was great. The wifi did not work, and the reception never took any action despite the complaints about it.

It’s another hotel that I really I really like in ISTUNBLU. Lovely room , location, too convenient and 24 hrs open. I am alone for this trip and only one guest for this hotel. I can walk around to the landmark of ISTUNBLU and close to public transportation. I am also surely you will be love and go back again if you have a first time visitor with this hotel.

Extremely good location next to galetta tower and easy access to trams. Staff were really helpful and friendly. A little bit awkward for dad and I sharing in shared twin as toilet had glass partition but we worked with it

Well, to be honest the only good thing was the kindness of the staff. The room had sewer smell, the water drain was disgusting because the cover was missing. The bathroom offers zero privacy, it has glass walls with a huge slot between the door and the glass wall. Moreover, regarding to the bathroom, it's impossible to not flood all the space because the door was mounted outside the bathroom cabin. The room floor had a missing psrt which exposed some nails. It could have caused a painfull accident if we didnt take preventive measures. The room blackout can't be closed 100% and the sound isolation is terrible. We heard the entire neighborhood and the movement trough the hotel. At last but not least, it's far from being a 4 star hotel(except the price) It can be be at most 2 and a half. My review came because we are in doubt if the reviews that we saw here could have been fabricated once it's impossible to have a 5 star grade.

Great value for money, excellent location, very helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay and extended reservation for another night. Beds are big and comfy.

Leider ist es nichts für Frauen da die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ziemlich schlecht ist also Badezimmer Sonst Betten sind bequem Alles da was man braucht Tv Kanal eher schwierig 😂 für Leute die ohne tv net schlafen können schauen halt einfach türkische Sender

Pro Posizione centrale e comoda, su una strada chiusa al traffico che avvolge l'hotel in aurea di pace e tranquillità non comune in una città caotica come Istanbul. Colazione abbondante. Letto super. Servizio adeguato. Contro Stanza buia con poca illuminazione anche in bagno. Ci ritornerei. Vivamente consigliato

Massive room, super clean and very quiet. It was perfect! We moved to this hotel after staying in a horrible hotel down the road. We are so glad we moved it was exactly what we wanted. The bed was fabulous unlike many others in Turkey and the pillows perfect too.

I stayed here about 9 days to recover from surgery and the staff were very helpful. My room was clean and I had enough room to fit all my stuff. The hotel itself is in walking distance to about 20 restaurants, and tourist shops. They can arrange transportation if you need it for the airport, very friendly people. I think the rooms were reasonably priced as well. All around a positive stay.

This is a cool hotel with amazing decoration. The rooms are cozy and modern, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Being centrally located, it is the ideal place to stay. Clean, beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Specifically, the homemade breakfast prepared by Peri was beyond my expectations. Can only recommend.

Very good location and delicious breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. Great staff and the manager is so sweet and helpful. We had an amazing time here. We would definitely consider to come to this hotel again if we would revisit Istanbul.

We stayed for 8 days and everything went very well. The hotel was really beautiful, well maintained and looked after. The staff were really attentive and we received a great welcome from Zeynep. The hotel is superbly located. It was close to the Galata Tower, close to several restaurants and stores and, above all, close to the streetcar.

I booked my surgery with the amazing Dr Mete (amazing man) this was the lovely hotel included with the surgery package Zeyneb was absolutely amazing helpful and warm lady.... she actually took me to the hospital on my day of surgery and really cared for me.... thank you so much zeyneb xxx On return from hospital zeyneb was waiting at the door for me to come home safely ... and one of the lovely waitresses took my bags to the room for me. The bed is so comfortable it was 5 star pillows bed and linen , lots of light and storage.. and so clean I was very happy , the WiFi is 10/10 not one problem... and the breakfast was beautifully set up amazing healthy variety all fresh 10/10 Then Adam was my receptionist for the week he helped me with ice and coffee recommended a lovely coffee shop... thank you again Theo area is beautiful lots of high end hotels restaurants little shops I wish I was not recovering so I could explore Thank you all for all your support Tamam
