all good from services to food to location. It's just seems little old but nothing was wrong with it. I would came back again. Also special thanks to Wesam, she was great support.

Hotel is good and reception Mr Fardin is so gental that I have to mentioned him. Also since my flight in midnight and I arrived hotel is around 6 AM, I didn’t expect them to let me check in at that time but they reserved the room for me already!!! Anyway, Sheraton Istanbul city center is a lovely option for you guys.

Good service and location，but the window is small. Good breakfast inn and resaurants nearby.

Nice place good rooms and clean

The team is professional and helpful. All the staff are friendly. They helped us with booking taxi and assuring a fair price, which made us feel safe and protected. The hotel is equipped with good amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast and spa programs.

Everything was amazing. Super helpful staff. Comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, nice staf, good breakfast!

Great location, secure, top bar and restaurant on site. Rooms are just perfect, the shower and the bed are lush.

Having to change reservation due to wife accident,and willing to pay balance for eventual higher rates, they refused to do it abducting ridiculous reason that they were requested 4 days after scheduled arrival. In my opinion management very poor. I am gold elite member but to them it doesn't mean anything at all.

Location in front of slums. Cannot walk around the hotel. Pool was not working. I had a booking of spa at 2 pm. They didn't allow 3 hours late checkout despite I showed them booking of spa. And I wanted to shower after spa in room and get ready for airport. Some other guests who had gold marroit bonvoy were allowed late checkout in front of me.

I like the hotel and service

Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. 15min walk to Istiklala Street or Taksim Square. Deluxe room is spacious with double sofa bed that can take 2 adults and 3 kids.

房間的設施屬於standard的酒店水平。主要推薦酒店大廳旁邊的souq istanbul餐廳，味道很不錯，還有健身房非常的專業，施捨齊全，而且大； 非常推薦spa的背部按摩很好很好，物超所值。地理位置也很好，這個標準的價格也很划算。
