The facilities are a bit outdated, but the location is definitely a strong point. It’s convenient and makes getting around much easier.

The guy who works on night shift he is very helpful and understanding and also speaks English very good which made me easier to communicate and also the guy who work in morning shift after night shift guy goes he is also very helpful sry I couldn’t know them so I haven’t mentioned their name And also I find it cheap and 2 mins walk from Galata tower which is very good

早朝に3時間停電した。ドアは隙間だらけで風が入って非常に寒い。だが立地は最高！！ガラタ塔付近で宿泊なら超便利です

Wi-Fi работает хорошо. Спокойное тихое место в старом городе. Чисто в отеле. Шума мало. Хорошие сотрудники отеля.

Все очень старое , очень крутые и не удобные лестницы , если тяжело подниматься просите первый этаж , цена завышена в номере холодно .

Neglected rooms that do not meet basic human living conditions, dirty sheets and towels with permanent stains, but most significant was the bathroom walls and ceiling covered in years of accumulated mold. Rude reception; we had to argue and threaten to call the embassy to receive legitimate invoice. I don't understand how the place still has a license to operate. It's a scam business. Yesterday I booked a hotel room and came with a person who drove me there and I am not from Turkey and this hotel showed the issue that one of the people who work there showed him my identity and took a picture of my ID card and my phone number and he is threatening me How can someone come to your hotel and you show him personal information about your guest !!!!
