Basilissis Hotel recensioner

Vi bodde på Basilissis Hotel i 1 natt. När vi kom fram till hotellet välkomnade en vänlig herre oss. Han var mycket hjälpsam genom att svara på alla våra frågor om staden och transporter. När det gäller läge har hotellet ett bra läge, med gångavstånd till många platser som Gülhane Park, Topkapı-palatset, Hagia Sofia, Sultan Ahmet-moskén, Basilica Cistern, och övriga platser som Sirkeci tågstation, Gülhane spårvagnshållplats , Eminönü Pier ligger bara en kort promenad bort, och du kan nå den med kollektivtrafik. Efter en svår och orolig process med att välja hotell var vi riktigt nöjda när vi kom till rummet. Rummet var exakt detsamma som bilderna. Sängkläder, täcke, örngott och handdukar var alla riktigt rena och luktade gott. Badrummet var också mycket rent, schampo, duschtvål, bodylotion, tvål och duschmössa var trevliga. Jag stötte inte på några problem som mögel, fukt eller rost någonstans i rummet. Vi hade inte möjlighet att prova frukosten, vi var tvungna att checka ut. Vi var mycket nöjda på alla sätt. Vi vill tacka hotellcheferna och personalen, vi hoppas att de håller sin kvalitet.

Great place to stay Staff was kind and helping Room was clean but washroom was very small Breakfast was tasty

An excellent little hotel. It's located minutes away from all the attractions in Sultanahmet. The man on reception was very pleasant and helped us when we needed. They also arranged a car to the airport for us for 40 euros. Next time I'm in Istanbul I will stay here again. Fabulous.

Only some staffs could speak English, hard to communicate especially the staff at midnight. The bed is too soft and the room smells humid. The room 302’s lock cannot be locked. There are more choices of hotel at this price better than this one. The good things are the breakfast is fine and they can help you order air transfer with 50 euro, also it’s close to the Blue Mosque.

Very pleasant stay for the first time in Istanbul. Stuff on the reception was very helpful and polite. Location is very close to all main attractions and very well connected to other parts of the city. Hotel location is in the center of main attractions but still very quiet and you will have a feeling that you are not in busy Istanbul while you are in your room. Breakfast was delicious and having various of recipes. Totally recommend to everyone and we will book it again when we come back to Istanbul.

Perfect location, and reasonable price! Our host Harun was very attentive to our requests and quickly resolved any issues we had with the room, other employees were not as helpful unfortunately. They had SIM cards and tour information but we found that tours were peicey in Istanbul in general and opted to do it on our own. Most museums have an audio guide. Breakfast was different every day and very fresh, they even brought us fresh baked cookies ! The location is the selling point of this hotel, archaeology museum and topkapi museum are walking distance, tram to Asian side and to bosphorus boats (eminonu) is less than 5min walk and there are plenty hotels in the area for a quick bite .

Best hotel.helpful, professional and friendly staff.great location in istanbul.room very clean and beds were comfy.Breakfast is delicious with many varieties. Wont be our last visit to this beautiful hotel and wonderful city.
