Golden Sand Hotel

Stream of water in room is low . Bed sheets and towels are Grey. Noise from street is existing tlll 01 00 am Around hotel the cheap districts . Service in hotel for customers is only to keep levels of service at minimum .Taxi service in that area is unacceptable and unavailable , cheating the customers always, no taxi meters at all. Better to avoid this hotel .

I have a problem with My reservation, there were no rooms in the hotel, But they solve it very well... They book for me another room in a better hotel all My stay, so I really apreciate it. They Will try to solve any.problem You may have I reccomend them

Una vergüenza de hotel, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Tapa de vater rota, aire acondicionado estropeado, habitación super pequeña para dos personas, la calefacción no calentaba bien, se apagaba por las noches. Tema de desayuno horrible. En la habitación se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones del alrededor y del pasillo. Las vistas por la ventana daban a un solar lleno de basura. En la cama solo hay un edredón pequeño que vale solo para una persona, hemos tenido que pedir otro más.  El penúltimo día, hubo un problema con el agua en toda la zona.

Okay, so we were staying here for 4 nights. Hotel itself is outdated, pictures are definitely old, walls are thin and you can hear everything from the next door. The washroom/bathroom was really old and had mold. The location is good for walking around, but God, it was so loud in the evening/night - we couldn't sleep till 2-3 am. So if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place. Brekfast was included, but the choice was really poor (especially if you're staying for more nights). One day, we found out that due to issue with the AC maintenance (or someone else) entered our room without letting us know first. As someone who works in this industry I find it really unprofessional and nonacceptable. Overall, our stay here would be okay - it would be silly to expect more for this amount of money, but the problem started after we left. We planned to come back to the hotel after 4 days and we booked and paid directly with them on FD. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we were forced to cancel that stay. Now, more than a month after that, I am still trying to get my refund. They are ignoring my emails and my texts, which is so rude and unprofessional. Considering everything, if you are staying for 1-2 nights, you can think about it (but book with third party!!!!).

Welcoming and friendly hotel staff who are always happy to help, comfortable rooms with nice views of the sea from the terrace during breakfast. Would recommend for anyone coming here, lots of great restaurant outside the hotel and walking distance away so you don’t have to go far. It was convenient for us as we could get to many destinations by foot from the hotel. The rooms is comfortable and have the necessities needed for our stay, housekeeping came everyday to freshen up the room.
