Bad experience. It is impossible that this is a 4 star hotel. Not worth the money paid for it. You will struggle to take every breath of air as most of the rooms (as room 207)don't have windows , the Ac isnt working and smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere. If you choose a room with a window(on the street side) , it will be connected to another room and you will not be able to sleep from noise (as room 504).

I spent in this miserable hotel the worst 10 days of my life, I was forced to stay in it because I had previously paid the accommodation fees to a travel agency in Amman called " 4 Seasons for travel and tourism" , which by the way I do not advise anyone to travel with. Most rooms have no windows. AC was working only on heat mode. The only way to freshen the air in the room was to open the door. Cigarette smell. Poor Wifi coverage. Below average breakfast. Unprofessional staff; The bald buffet attendant, while cleaning one of the tables, yelled and pushed chairs over after a cup of tea had been spilled, and was disrespectful to people sitting quietly at breakfast. • I woke up at 9 am in the morning forced because of the sound of the housekeeping lady screaming as she was talking on the phone in a very loud voice while cleaning the room opposite to my room without closing the door of that room. construction work in the adjacent hotel until 3 am (12/5)

This hotel is conveniently located at 300 m from Aksaray Tram Station and about the same distance away from Vezneciler Metro Station. The neighbourhood is busy during day, but very calm at night. It is full of restaurants. The rooms are fine, with comfortable beds, but not up to 4-star level. Several things in the room were broken and then hidden, for instance the table by the bed had a loose leg and was glued in an amateuristic way waiting to collapse (which it did). Also the overall organisation of the hotel is not up to standard. Despite our booking of 2 connecting rooms (for 10 people) and despite having conversations with the hotel assuring that they were ready, upon arrival only one connecting room was and they gave us two other separate rooms, which was problematic considering that most of our party were minors. There was no enforcement of rules towards guests making a lot of noise at night. The breakfast is good but gets quite monotonous over the days. The breakfast seating and serving area was too small to accomodate the guests staying at the hotel. There was, however, excellent coffee. The big plus of the hotel is the extremely helpful staff but there is a language barrier, especially at night. Near the hotel there is an excellent Turkish Delight and Lokum shop named Tuğra with the most humble and friendly shopkeeper we met in Istanbul (Balabanağa Mh., on the corner of Vidinli Tevfik Paşa Cd. and Harikzedeler Sk. at street level of Hotel Klas).

Chambres remis le jour de mon arrivée à l'hôtel le 25 nov et 26 novembre à une fenêtre de 50 cm sur 1.30 m donnant sur une gaine de ventilation, alors que ma réservation disait un hotel 4 étoiles, mon Dieu vous imaginez le choc qu'on a subit avec ma bourgeoise, Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, une semaine sans aucune variété Emplacement centre ville partie européenne, proche de tout les transports en commun Enfin, vérifiez toujours votre chambre avant de l'accepter

Могу рекоммендовать однозначно. Плюсы: хороший приветливый персонал, разнообразный завтрак, очень сильный вайфай, удобное расположение, ежедневная уборка. Минусы: маленькие комнаты ( но места вполне хватает для двоих) без окон, и тонкие стены.

С чего стоит начать!!! Что украли деньги из сумочки. Забыла положить сумку в сейф, тут же вычистили всё, все деньги. Конечно, на ресепшене сказали, надо было в сейф класть. Номер без окна, очень плохо. Завтраки скудные. Кофе вкусный.
