It is recommended not to use it in places with very poor service. ManagerS and receptionist are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. They can change your hotel reservation any time and be kicked out of the hotel at any time.

Maalesef kimi noktalarda çalışanların tavrı iyi diyemem. Havlu istedik ama bir türlü getiremedik :) en sonunda ıslak ıslak lobiye gidip istemek zorunda kaldık, toplam 4 saatin sonund havlumuza kavuştuk :9

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2023, from 30th to 2nd. We celebrated New Year’s Eve in the restaurant and we were not very satisfied, since the food we had the night was not what we were promised. For those 3 nights we stayed , not even once the housekeeping came to our room, although we twice asked for it by pressing the button in the room. Other than that, the staff was nice and polite, the lobby bar would offer you drinks and food. Breakfast was 3/5 , juices from the machine were just water with a little bit of the same flavour sweetener, I don’t drink coffee , my husband does, but he also did not like it. Food was ok, but not something you would expect from a 5* hotel.

The good points of this hotel: Powerful shower Housekeeping do a good job Comfortable beds Restaurant/bar staff nice and friendly The bad points Awful location (middle of building site, nothing is near) Rude reception staff who really don’t care Tired and dated hotel 3 down lighters not working in bathroom Tv - works if you persist Total rip off £800 a night for champions league final. One word AVOID

Turkish airlines were overbooked and so we were given accommodation overnight at Clarion hotel in Istanbul. At first the staff at the reception were rude, the when we went to the dining room lunch was terrible. Evening dinner was served to us in such a hurry. It seemed like the staff wanted us to eat and get out of the dining room. The soup, salad, main meal and dessert was served all at the same time. Would not ever recommend anyone to stay there. The location is also on the middle of nowhere. All in all a terrible experience.

Turkish Airlines arranged this hotel on a stopover for my family. We stayed one night on the second floor of the hotel in a room where most of the facilities were broken: faucet, kettle, reading light, etc. It seems that even one of the beds was broken and a hard object was placed inside it, which caused an uncomfortable sleep for my wife. As Turkish Airlines guests, we were also entitled to vouchers for lunch and dinner, but meals were repetitive on such a short stay.

Reception staff very rude the worst ive ever witnised, very poor service room service was terrible wrong breakfast delivered and cold waste of time,avoid this place at all costs.it says five star but not maybe three stars at most but not a English three star,

I've stayed at many hotels, from super expensive to moderately priced. This hotel, just tops all our previous stays. We were greeted with a nice welcome, a warm towel, and offered tea or coffee. Yes. Nothing extraordinary, but after we checked in, a hostess walked us all the way to our room, and gave us a little orientation of our room, not necessary but it made an impact. Few minutes later, some fruits and desserts were delivered, not expected, considering we didn't really pay much for our room with a view of the lake even. For the amount we paid for our room, I just thought that the service provided was for a hotel you pay $400 plus. They surely provided excellent service! Highly recommend this hotel 😊 They also have free shuttle service to town if you want to explore the city as well.

This hotel was booked by Turkish Airlines as a stop-over hotel. The rooms are clean and come well equipped with all amenities. Bed is small but firm. TV works fine and the views are only of the street. Breakfast & lunch is a buffet and is simple, but with a slightly better variety of most transient hotels. Customer service lacks big. The front desk feels it is ok to treat you like a child. You are not permitted to see the Turkish Airlines booking, nor will he answer or entertain any questions. Wifi, had to be explained over the phone, because in person was too difficult for him. Restaurant staff are only interested in doing the bear minimum. For lunch I requested a coffee - the response was, "will you pay for it?" I answered no, given that it is an open buffet. When he heard that, he simply walked away. There is choice in the neighbourhood. If Turkish Airlines books this for you, then complain to the airline, otherwise choose something else.
