Convenient location and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and had lots of options to eat.

Breakfast is overrated, staff is indifferent

There was no bellboy to show me my room and carry my luggage. The room was not clean especially the bed. The sheets had stains and there was a few strains of body hair on it. The flush and peephole were broken. And the lights were flickering.

住了一週時間，總體感覺很好，員工都很有禮貌，早餐也挺好吃。交通方便，關於之前有評論説上不了網的問題，主要是瀏覽國內視頻網頁，或者微信語音視頻聊天就會暫時斷網，過一會就恢復，可能是網絡端口限制，但是瀏覽YouTube視頻就沒問題。一切都挺好，後續會再來。

酒店地理位置不錯，步行10分鐘到地鐵。 參加設施也很新和乾淨。 早餐也比較豐富，可以滿足基本需求。 房間的床真的很舒服！睡的超級deep。 最讚的是酒店的服務人員特別友好和熱情。 退房後打車和司機確認費用時，酒店服務人員主動幫忙和司機交流： 一是因為土耳其司機英語有限；二是確認車費的合理性。 對小朋友特別nice。 真的是美好的旅程體驗！ The hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the subway. The facilities are also quite new and clean. The breakfast is fairly rich and meets basic needs. The bed in the room is really comfortable! I slept super deeply. The best part is that the hotel staff are especially friendly and warm. After checking out, when I confirming the fare with the taxi driver, the hotel staff proactively helped communicating with the driver: firstly, because the Turkish driver had limited English; secondly, to ensure the fare was reasonable. Nice to children It was truly a wonderful travel experience! Thanks 😊

Eşimle birlikte özellikle dedeman oteli tercih etmemiz Adana’da yeni açılan otelde bir süre konaklamanın verdiği güven sayesinde İstanbul’da bostancı park dedemanıntuttuk ilk geceden sonra Oda yu temizlemişlerdi hem personel hemfe resepsiyona bilgi haber vermemiz halinde bile  Ayrıca kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapmışken kahvaltı parası istendi 1 hafta kalacağımız tatili yarıda kesip başka otele taşınmakla geçirdik memnun kalmadık

Resepsiyondaki tüm çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve doğum günümü kutlamaları ayrı bir incelikti…teşekkürler:)

Çalışanlar suratsızdı ilgi çok kötüydü buz dolabı bozuktu klima hava vermiyordu ter içinde kaldık Saçma bir şekilde otopark ücretliydi kesinlikle berbattı Trip.com a güvenerek gitmiştim hiç ama hiç memnun kalmadık

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Insbesondere wenn man von SAW abfliegt. Gute Anbindung zur Metro. Saubere Zimmer. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Und mit Bus vor der Tür kann man direkt zu einem nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum fahren.  Und die Partymeile Suadiye ist auch sehr nah mit ÖPNV oder Taxi zu erreichen.

위치, 시설, 조식등 보통이나 4성급으로는 좋은 편 일듯 합니다. 호텔은 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 ~

Özellikle king yatak işaretlememe rağmen odaya gidince tek kişilik yataklı oda verildiğini gördüm başka yatak olmadığını belirtip isterseniz iade edebiliriz diye cevap verdiler

是朋友推薦的酒店，因為第一天體驗好所以又多訂了兩天！堪比五星級的服務。 在主樓後面的分店，安靜舒適。特別是枕頭睡得舒服，不是一般酒店那種很高的。
